On the day of my appointment, she was ready for me on time and made me feel very comfortable. She is also so sweet as well. I initially wanted Fulani braids, but at the last minute I switched to "Boneless" Medium knotless braids, and she was fine with that and did not give me any grief. The overall appt. time was about 4 hours from start to finish. She was faster than I thought it would be which was great.
