Love this place. I live close to 3 cigars lounges and this is by far my go-to spot. The atmosphere is always friendly and inviting, the seating is very comfortable, and the cigar selection is excellent. They have membership options which would allow you to purchase drinks while you enjoy your stick, but you don't have to be a member to sit and smoke whatever you buy. They do have a small selection of water and soft drinks if you choose to stay and smoke. I opted for the membership just because I'm in there a lot. It's very affordable, and there's a few benefits you gain, so come in and ask Enrique, or the other Enrique! yes the owner and the manager share the name...and they will provide all the details. Great place to smoke, kick back, and meet a few new friends. Highly recommend. SIDE NOTE: This is worth mentioning because I see negative reviews about it, and I've experienced it with my own eyes. Like any other establishment in any other industry, you have to support the business to enjoy its offerings. So don't be that guy (or girl) that comes in to sit just to take a load off, don't be that person outside that decides they want to take a phone conversation on the outdoor seating that is there for customers. Dont wait for your DMV appointment in a comfy couch in the a/c, without buying a cigar. It's a business not a public park. I am in no way related the owner, or affiliated with the business...I'm simply a patron of the lounge. Great selection. I've been smoking cigars for 25+ years and this place has a great atmosphere and fine spirits to enjoy with your handmade cigar. The owners are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Came Saturday night at 11 and they were closed during open hours. Kinda sucks no sign on door or anything saying why just a closed door

So today was my turn to have a run in with the owner, the old man with the bushy white hair and beard, and I'm not even a customer! I decided I should let you guys know and reading over the reviews left by others I'd say there's a clear pattern with this guy and his rude treatment of people. Here's my experience today: I pulled into the spot directly in front of the cigar shop to pick up some take-out from the restaurant next door and as I get out the old man pulls his sticker covered white hummer right up to my bumper and says he needs to park in my spot to unload something to which I say 'I'm parked here now and I'm picking up some food, I'll be back in a couple of minutes'. He tells me to park somewhere else or he'll call the cops. I laugh at him and walk away. I guess he decides to teach me a lesson because when I return a few minutes later he's parked behind me and blocking me in. I stick my head in the shop and yell out is anyone in here. He says yes and I say you're blocking me in, you need to move your car then he says you shouldn't have parked there or something like that. So, I asked him are you going to move your car or do I need to call the police. He says go ahead I know all the cops in Miami. I call the police to report the incident and ask for assistance. Of course, several minutes later, but before the cops arrive, he comes out, we exchange words and he moves his car. I stay and wait for the police since I've already called them. I explained the situation to the police but unfortunately there's not much they can do since being a jerk is not against the law, but they did explain to him that he cannot block cars and he cannot prevent people from parking in in front of his store. If he wants to reserve a spot, he must take it up with the plaza management and have the space clearly marked. Please do not support an individual or business that treats people in this manner, there are many other cigar shops Miami that are far more deserving of your business and will treat people in the respectful manner everyone deserves. read more

I've been here before and completely enjoyed it. The staff was awesome and I ended up buying more cigars than I had planned on. I even bought items for my humidor. Loved the Gurkha selection amongst others. However tonight - 9/22/19... we (4 of us) walked in at 9:30, only to be told they were about to close. Young girl wasn't helpful and seemed to not give a flying F. Store hours are posted to midnight, and I've been there until 11:30ish before. This type of behavior is why I shop online... and will utilize online shopping to re-stock my 400 count humidor, that is down to less that 100, next month. Someone let that girl know that she just cost that's store a lot of money. They were not going to get my total order, but I was planning on getting a severL boxes of Gurkhas. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would, my little girl goes to the gym in the plaza so I decided to stop by and look for a specific box of cigars to gift to a friend. I was greeted by a woman as I walked in who was very friendly but as I worked my way towards the back I spoke to a man with a white beard who I am guessing is the owner and asked where I could find this box of cigars. He didn't bother to give me much help or attention, while looking on my own I used the restroom, he then gives me his undivided attention to tell me the bathroom is for paying customers only, I reminded him I was there to purchase a box of cigars. He told me he didn't have the cigars and that I needed to leave the the building and not come back or else he would call the cops which I found rather comical seeing as I work directly with law-enforcement. After reading the rest of these reviews it's very clear this man is nothing more than an angry disrespectful racist, i'm very happy I didn't make the decision to spend a dime in such an unprofessional and blatantly disrespectful "establishment". read more

Extremely rude owner. My kids go to the gym next door and I thought it would be great to go by and purchase some cigars during their class. Instead we were greeted by the owner who doesn't allow you to rest for 5 mins at the patio table, tows any car parked in front of his shop, and screams at people for no reason. Complete a$$hole. I would gladly drive 20 mins away to buy from someone who actually has a sense of humanity. read more

Tried this place on more than one occasion to find it closed, even though the internet mentioned business hours otherwise. When I tried by the third time, I managed to arrive during a time they decided to be open & fortunately they had an amazing selection. If you can coincidentally arrive when they are open (who really knows what those hours truly are) then you'll be in luck to enjoy their selection. This is my last time ever coming again, arrived Saturday night at 10:45pm, internet says closed at 2:00am only to find an older lady working there & guess what! She's already closing up. This place truly needs to understand that when you are in business of selling to the public you're in charge of making sure the public knows your set hours. I'm in dismay on how this business has sustained itself thus far. To the owner, best of luck, you lost yet another customer. read more

Great cigar shop, unlike every other cigar shop in Miami, Havana 1928 keeps their cigars in an actual humidor, everyone else has the whole shop as a humidor, quality is a lot better here. I stopped buying from Neptune's Cigars because a lot of their cigars were dry. This is a great place to sit and smoke a cigar. Enrique has a great selection of cigars. read more

Nice cigar shop! Met some great people there but unfortunately there is always one and I'm guessing unless I'm wrong that this one is the owner. I stepped inside to check out the cigars as I always do and walked around looked at products. After answering a phone call and sitting down to speak with the company I was with the guy with the white hair and white beard Enrique stated, we couldn't sit there unless we are consuming a cigar because the cameras are looking at us lol. Wow what a damn joke because last time I checked he was the owner and you didn't even give me a chance to finish After I was planning on buying a couple of his cigars cause he had what I wanted I just stepped out. Extremely rude...after the hundreds of dollars I have spent there I get told to leave cause I wasn't consuming. It's cool I will never go there again and I will ensure that I tell all my clients never to step foot in there. Key to this is that customer service is everything and without that you have nothing. Very classy and beautiful cigar lounge. Very nicely decorated, CLEAN, great room temperature, I say that because some out there are warm and uncomfortable. You can enjoy a cigar with nice music. Owner is very pleasant and provides great service. Not your typical cigar hang out where you may feel uncomfortable. Owner will ask you what music you like or if your wanting to view tv he will accommodate you. Guest are very friendly too. Great place for private events. Lastly, great cigar selection. read more
