Racism, favoritism, horrible customer service!…read more I do not know what is wrong with the employees at this Hobby lobby. One day Barbara refused to document the prices correctly or give me an applicable discounts. I pointed it out and she straight refused. So I went back and worked with the manager and got refunded some of the money. The next day when we are there for more yarn, we have the horrible experience of being in Kari's line. She has a line of approximately eight people and the next lady that walks up to her is a black woman. She then puts the lane clothes on right in front of the black woman who says are you going to close after the people in line or right now to which she completely ignored her. Those people went to the back of the two open lanes. She then went and said hello and gave a big hug to a friend that was coming in and got immediately back on her lane. She did not take down the lane closure sign. She kept it up and then decided to take the next people in the two lines that were still open which were now 20 people long. When I got to the front of my lane, she said to me "I'll take you next" and I said no I need you to take the woman who you put the sign up in front because she's still at the back of the lane she had to go to . I called over the lady. Who said thank you and instead of taking her, Kari decides to walk away completely. When I said she needed to take the lady who she put the sign up in front of all she could do was huff and puff, and argue with me that this is not what she did. I was done called a "F***'ing Karen B****. All while a supervisor stood there and took inventory and did not intervene. The very nice gentleman who worked the register in my lane. FRANK advised that this is normal behavior and he was so sorry for our experience. I checked on the other lady as she came out and asked if she was OK and if she knew that person and she said "no, I've never been here before and I won't be back" Hobby lobby - I think you need to retrain this team. Put FRANK as a manager and get rid of the trash. We checked out on December 3, 2025 at approximately 4:15 PM in case anybody wants to check the tapes do their jobs and hold people accountable for their behaviors.

My girlfriend and I made the purchase of these acrylic blades at around November 21 last year, and albeit, it was during the holiday season AND the pandemic has been running amok, I understood why they had to delay their progress by a week. When the team emailed us to directly email them if we wanted to receive our product before Christmas, I decided to take that shot. If they couldn't, then I wholeheartedly understand, since there are other customers that they had to deal with. After I get a response saying that they would try their best to ship it to us before Christmas, I figured it was said and done. A couple days after Christmas go by and no email notifying that it was shipped, so I figured it wasn't ready yet. It's now January 6, and there still wasn't any notification, so I decided to email them again to see if there was any status or update on the blades. A day after I send the email, I magically receive a notification that the package is ready to get sent. Uhh, a little odd that it just so happened after I sent an email in regards to the status of it, but I guess it's on its way now. January 14 rolls by and I still haven't received any updates, it was still under pre-shipment. I send another email to ask if anything wrong happened to the item, to which I magically receive another notification that it's officially been retrieved by USPS. Again, I found it kind of odd that they sent it a day after I sent and email to them, but I'm still stoked that I'm receiving my package! After almost two months, I finally retrieved my package in the mail. Overall, I just hope that they start becoming a little more responsive to their customers in case a shipping problem goes wrong. I will definitely buy from them again, since their products are high quality, regardless, but I hope things improved since Christmas! UPDATE: I just found out that one of the two members tested positive for COVID and I never knew that it was the sole reason why it took awhile for the package to show up. I feel really bad.

I walked around and if you're in the market for yarn and other types of sewing products this is your place but I finally located the radio controlled hobby parts which are located behind the counter where they are completely in accessible to the general public. It is a very small selection of radio controlled parts and almost 0 accessories from what I could see 15 feet away. I asked if they kept any vehicles in stock and the answer was no when I asked about parts she did not seem to know what type of parts that they actually carried but was sure that they did not carry parts for any type of radio controlled rock crawlers. He would be lucky probably to find stuff for your simple Traxxas car like a slash. I have high hopes for a radio controlled hobby store which is not much more than a quilting store with a closet full of parts for one or two cars. Sad times.

During our visit we were 5 minutes late therefore we didn't get to tour the Route 66 Museum but from what we could see by glancing in it did look like a really good museum for kids to visit. If you do arrive late there are beautiful trains across the street and which the kids can go up and look in and take pictures with. The gift shops were really cute and had a variety of items for adults and kids to select from. Overall I would say this is a nice little spot for you to stop in and visit if you're touring Route 66.

Every time we come to Havasu we always set aside some extra craft money to spend here. My girlfriend's grandma was friends with the owner and used to shop here all the time so we try to keep up the tradition whenever we visit her grandpa.
