My two veneers popped off, and I was charged $180 to have them re-cemented on 01/22/2025. Considering that it has only been a very short time since I had them done, I believe this charge is unwarranted. Throughout this process, I have visited this office over 20 times to address ongoing issues with my veneers. The office manager, Itza, explained that the charge was necessary bc the office has to account for their time and materials. While I understand this reasoning, I feel it is unfair that my own time was not taken into consideration, as I had to repeatedly take time off work for these appointments. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of understanding regarding my concerns. When I brought up the issue of the veneers not lasting, Itza stated, "This is not a lifetime thing." I struggle with writing this updated review as I did feel at one point that Dr Brady was a great guy. However, great guy does not match up with great care. After following Dr Brady on instagram and watching his stories of transformation I fell for the lies. I wanted the beautiful smile with very minimal amount of tooth removed- like he has stated numerous times online but as you'll see in my pictures that was clearly not the case. Quickly after having the veneers placed 3 of them fell off and had to be redone. Anywhere you read you'll see that if one falls off then find someone else to do your veneers. Anyway, I let him replace them and continued to trust this man as a qualified dental professional, much to my discomfort I was disappointed yet again. I came in with major dental pain, I could not pinpoint the pain so X-rays were taken. Dr Brady said he couldn't see anything wrong so he sealed one tooth. After was led to the payment office where I sat in excruciating pain so was led back to his dental chair where he performed large filling on a tooth. (Dr Brady at the time was busy planning to take his staff to Florida for a vacation so I could tell he was not really attentive.) I Went home numb so no pain was felt. Next day he does reach out via DM on instagram to see if I was ok but I told him no. I told him I was developing a pus bubble on my gum and asked if I needed antibiotics which he said no, I think you'll be fine. The pain eventually subsided and Weeks went by- and it still wasn't getting better. (Long story short because there is so much more to this story,) I sought out a endodontist who quickly told me that I needed a root canal in the tooth in front of the one Dr Brady filled. But the endo told me I was showing gum loss because of the infection that Dr Brady said I didn't need antibiotics for. The endo wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and reference a periodontist to see if I would loose the tooth but I couldn't get in for 3 weeks so I mention this to Dr Brady and he quickly says I can do the root canal- big mistake there! But I wanted this infection to go away because I could've died having an infection for that long. I allowed him to do the root canal and thought that I'd be ok- well, the tooth was not healing. So I went back to the endodontist and he took X-rays and you could see where Dr Brady overfilled the tooth. There was a gob of material ozzing out the tip of the root. To make matters worse he missed an auxiliary canal so the tooth would've never healed because the infection was still there for months. No thanks to Dr Brady but I ended up losing the tooth and have had to have a gum transplant in order to get an implant. I still have many more months of healing and still more procedures because of his incompetence. Dr Brady may try to deny this but our direct messages online are forever. Hopefully he will re read through our messages and see where he failed. Or maybe he should spend less time trying to prop himself up and more time perfecting a skill. If you're looking for quality care then go somewhere else. Or you'll end up like me spending $6000 plus later to replace a tooth that could've been saved. I am a woman that had a tough time growing up medically speaking. I was mis-diagnosed with leukemia and the medication had already done damage to my teeth. At 14 I was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor (which has recurred within the last year with some vertigo to spice things up) All of this contributed to my poor dental health. My prayers were answered last year when I was tagged in an Instagram giveaway for Haven dental by my best friend. I decided to enter as I had nothing to lose. Much to my dismay, the very next day that I had won. I am not the most emotional person, but that news brought me to ugly tears. My dental anxiety was at an all time high due to the bad experiences with the cash dentists I had seen. I had immediate flashbacks of prior bad experiences. I was at a crucial point where I had started getting infections in my teeth that were making me sick. Much to my surprise there was no harsh judgement shown to me for the condition of my teeth. The office was warm and inviting and the staff matched. I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect throughout. I met with Dr. Brady & we went over everything, my entire treatment plan to get my dental health and aesthetics to be fit for Hollywood. I had a mix of work done, and ultimately ended up with veneers/crowns on all of my teeth. The process from the beginning was actually much easier than I ever expected, they had quelled my anxiety so much that I even started to look forward to my appointments! I am now one appointment away from being done with the work and the makeover in my smile is night and day. The entire team that worked on my case have gone above and beyond. Dr Brady and his wife both painstakingly worked out every problem that challenged them with my work. The level of perfectionism that they achieve as a team is impeccable. In a twist to make things unbelievable, my fiancé Justin won the contest a few months later on Instagram as well! His case is similar to mine in that his teeth had gotten away from him due to his extreme dental anxiety and circumstances that did not allow him to afford care. He always had put himself second to my care. We work in the service industry for a small company that does not offer benefits. Justin is halfway done with his own dental makeover now. His case was challenging and the team took it in stride. He needed a bridge across his front teeth, and it was very tricky. The temporaries were a process to get to work for him because of that bridge, but Dr. Brady was determined to find a way to make it last until his final tops were finished. Justin is finally learning to smile again, and talk without hiding his teeth. His self esteem had suffered to greatly from these issues for so long that he was in despair over it. After being a heavy smoker he has quit smoking and it is 100% because of the pride he has in his smile again. He has never felt comfortable cutting his facial hair because he had to hide behind it, and now I see him slowly regaining himself. I never thought I would see the day that he would change in this way, it's given him a reason to feel confident again. I can only imagine how he will feel about himself when it's all finished. We will have perfect smiles for our wedding day come this fall. This massive change is all due to the love and kindness that this entire staff has afforded us. This experience has been such a godsend. I never in a million years could have hoped for such an outcome from a simple giveaway online. This company surprises me at every turn, and has truly restored our faith in dentists again. As long as Haven dental stands for excellence, dedication, honor, kindness and charity they will be my forever dental provider. What wonderful principals to build a business out of. (Also worth noting, my last cleaning was so pleasant! If you can request a hygienist I highly suggest kristy! Do not make an appointment at this dentist. I had an appointment and the morning of the appointment I was not feeling well (actually tested positive for Covid later that week). I texted them to let them know and they informed me I would be charged $50 for missing my appointment. So in effect, They would rather me come to their office with Covid and infect everyone. Reading the 1 and 2 star reviews actually has me completely shocked, because if I was able to give Dr.Brady / Haven Dental more than 5 stars I would! He is the most patient / thorough dentist I've ever seen in my life. He did my veneers a little more than a year ago, and I have had ZERO issues, and have no complaints. My teeth are beyond gorgeous. Nope. Definitely won't be back here. I came here on January 5th for a regular cleaning. I specifically came here to see Dr. Brady as I didn't even know they had another dentist. It's not listed anywhere on their website or anywhere else, so it was a big surprise when I wasn't going to be seeing him, as he's the reason the practice has such a great reputation. But I ended up with Dr. Yubend. Had I seen Dr. Brady it's very possible I could've had a very different experience, but unfortunately I'll never know because I'm just not coming back. When I scheduled my appointment I specifically told them that I'm a "watch and wait" type of person and I don't like unnecessary treatments. And I know they got the message because I saw a post it note next to my chair that said "she is worried about over treatment, bad experience at the last dentist." I am pretty sure Dr. Yubend 100% disregarded this notice. The hygienist (can't remember her name) was AMAZING. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, gentle and personable. She mentioned several times that I had great teeth and that I would be a "model patient." And then in walks Dr. Yubend. Let me list out all of the things that she "recommended" for this "model patient": 1. Start wearing your retainers every single night. Ummm okay, for the last 20 years I've been wearing them once a week but now I should start wearing them every night, sure. 2. Let me fit you for a nightguard because "you need to protect your fillings and everyone grinds their teeth at night without even knowing". Cool so by that standard basically everyone has a nightguard? No way, but thanks. 3. She kept insisting I have some "lock jaw" thing. Okay so all of a sudden in my 30s I've now developed this random "lock jaw" and that's why I need you to fit me with a nightguard and whatever else you're trying to sell me? She kept trying to put words into my mouth -- "do you ever wake up with a headache? have you ever opened your mouth and then it doesn't shut?" and when I responded no to both of those, she was like "oh, okay, well that will probably happen in the future." **insert massive rolling eyes emoji here** 4. Your filling looks "funky," we should probably put a crown instead. Lady I've had that filling for 6 years with NO problem, but yeah NOW let me unnecessarily get another procedure done. 5. Your front teeth have "fractures." No recommendation on what to do, but I'm 99% sure that had I reacted to this statement, she would've jumped on the opportunity to perform a procedure. To top it all off, even though I had NO procedures that were being performed at this appointment, I was at the office for 1.5 HOURS. At my last dentist (different state) I was in and out in 20 minutes and that INCLUDED x-rays. If you're looking to get a whole bunch of procedures done for NO reason, this is the place to be!! read more

Waited two months for this appt as a new client. Took all my X-rays and then said they couldn't do my cleaning because I needed a deep cleaning (not true). No cavities, no crowns, no issues...this office simply wants to upcharge and the deep cleaning is of course only partially covered by my dental ppo. For the first time in my adult life I am comfortable with a dentist. I had some bad experiences with dental work and as a result, major fear and distrust took root. The experiences I had prior to coming to Haven didn't do a lot to relieve that phobia. But now that's all changed. The staff is friendly and compassionate. When I made my initial call, I wasn't an established patient, it was a Friday morning, and I had a swollen jaw from an abscessed tooth. They told me to come on over and they'd make room to see me. Now, before I talk about Dr. Brady, I want to talk pricing. I was almost scared to go to Southlake for dental work. Because y'all...it's Southlake and ain't NOTHIN' in Southlake cheap. But something about Dr. Brady's videos spoke to me and I just felt like that's where I needed to be, price be darned. But y'all, my estimate for MORE work than my previous dentist (in a poverty stricken area) had planned for me was $20,000 cheaper. That's not a mis-type. It is going to be more financially smart to get my dental work done here than it would've been at my more expensive dentist in podunk Louisiana. Also the way they understand the strains of dental work costs on finances (and their options offered) is amazing. Dr. Brady has the sweetest spirit and his presence is comforting. You can tell he actually cares about his patients and people in general. He took time to listen to me, to explain, and to set me at ease. He's done a great job with my work and it's been quick and as painfree as possible. I've already referred people to him, but I'm almost afraid to keep doing that. What if I can't get in because he gets so popular? Today was my second visit and I had some major work done. My kids also went for cleanings and they're already asking when they can go again! Speaking of kids, we are a holistic family who does our best to limit exposure to environmental toxins and such. I didn't even have to direct the staff on this because they ASKED ME first. How impressive is that?!?! (I've been a mom for 25 years, I have six kids, and this has never happened at a dental office.) If you make an appointment, tell them Heather Brown sent you. Nothing but good things to say. I broke my veneer and they got me in to get looked at next day. Plus he had the lab speed up the veneer so I could have it for an important business meeting I had coming up. When I was told it would be at least 2 weeks by other dentists. All in all I was super happy with Dr. Brady and I was impressed how he treated me like a friend and not another number. *By the way the office is gorgeous. I drove an hour and a half just for Dr. Brady to do some dental work. It was very important to me it was done properly and he was highly recommended by our friends. The office is super sophisticated, clean, and unlike any dental office I'd been before. His staff is super friendly and welcoming. Love the atmosphere created in each visit. I've been going to this office for well almost two years now and am even surprised they have one or two star reviews.. but some people just use yelp to only complain and/or over exaggerate on their reviews. I've had nothing but great experiences with all the employees in this office. Everyone is welcoming and they have never pressured me to do anything unnecessary. They're very understanding when it comes to budget. I've recommended friends and family to this office and they have also had nothing but great things to say about their experience. I've been to other dentist offices where I felt uncomfortable and pressured to give into a big bill however Dr Brady's entire staff provides a kind and welcoming environment. Please do not get fooled by seeing 5 star reviews from this business. The office staff are very unprofessional. They wasted ONE MONTH of my time. They bait and switch and they can do mistakes and then do not take the responsibilities of the mistakes. The owner, Dr Brady, does not take what the staff do the patient. I am explaining how they unprofessionally and dishonestly they treat patients: I made an appointment with Brady. Before the visit, the office staffs received all of my insurance doc and info. After the Dr. diagnosis, they again kept me waiting until they confirm my insurance coverage details. Then, they show me the treatment plan and asked me to sign it to accept my out of pocket costs. They scheduled me for 5 weeks later appointment. Meanwhile, I had a chance to speak again with office staffs regarding my appointment to see if there was any sooner appointment, they again went through my financial responsibilities and confirmed it. Then out of the sudden, I got a call from the office coordinator or such, letting me know that my out of the pocket cost is much higher, extra $600. Really! I asked why you are telling me after ONE MONTH! They made me to sign the treatment plan cost and confirmed it later. The lady behaved very unprofessionally and literality blamed me the office "mistakes". I asked to speak with her supervisor or the Dr. she hesitated to do so but told me that Dr Brady would call me in this regard. After a day, again I called them. No chance to speak with the Dr. himself to report the office. I do NOT recommend such a horrible dental office to any one. read more

AMAZING!!! Dr. Brady, working along side with Adam Prewitt, got a new implant made and in my mouth within 2 weeks! I am from Pensacola so they made sure I had everything done and perfect before we left. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone! Could not ask for a better experience with this dentist both times I went here and plan on going back for any and all of my future dental work. the reason I switched from my old dentist is it just felt like an assembly line where they just want to bring you in and tell you what they're going to do and what it will cost you and could not answer any questions of mine or give me any good suggestions on things I wanted to change about my smile.
