As a happy RiNo - Five Points neighborhood resident, I love supporting businesses around here. Having walked past Haven Nails a few times, I made a mental note to come by the next time I needed to get my nails done, as I was still shopping around for a nail tech. I'm happy to report that the hunt for a nail salon is over! Haven Nails has earned a loyal customer. For my first visit, I was welcomed warmly and excitedly. They asked if I had an appointment, so while I did walk in, I was able to book one for approximately 45 minutes later on the spot (I took advantage of this time to grab a coffee from Coffee Sarap). Awesome! When I returned to the salon, I was shown to my seat for my pedicure. They were busy, so I did have to wait an additional 15 minutes before they started. No worries, it's understandable! They provided me a drink and I got to catch up on the news. Twee (I hope that's the correct spelling!) did a fantastic job on my feet. My issue is mainly with the cuticles of my toes and calluses that develop on the side of my big toes due to running, so she cleaned that up painlessly and left me with the cutest, softest feet I could've asked for! Now it was time for my manicure. I appreciated the fact that I had my feet and hands worked on individually vs. at the same time. 9 times out of 10, at prior salons when they'd have two techs working on me at the same time, my nails never came out quite as good. So while it is more time taken having services done individually, I'd prefer that than being bumrushed. Twee also did my manicure and knocked it out of the park again. She cut them down to my desired length and cleaned up my cuticles nicely. The color was also just what I hoped to welcome in spring! Haven Nails only works with polish or gel (no dip/powder) and has an excellent variety of colors. Their space is wide open, welcoming, clean, and vibrant. I loved hanging out in there. I'm so glad I can walk to my nail salon now and have Haven Nails as part of my monthly self-care routine!

Excellent spot!! I love the calm vibe and the techs are wonderful. I've come three times in a row and all manicures look amazing. Love supporting local businesses and will keep referring friends to Haven!

I've made Haven Nails my new spot in the neighborhood to get a reoccurring gel manicure. They do an amazing job! The vibe in there is super calm and clean. I especially think Georgia and Sana do an amazing job.

I had been going to Haven for a while. At least 6 months, pretty regularly ie every 3ish weeks. One time, I called 14 days after a manicure saying multiple nails had chipped over the weekend. I hadn't called sooner because I had weekend plans and wouldn't have been able to come in then. I was met with a hostile voice over the phone. Saying that I called too late past the two week guarantee, even though technically it was the 14th day. Nonetheless, I clearly wasn't scamming them. If so, probably wouldn't have waited months and months to try and do so. So as a result, bought my own stuff and started doing my nails at home. Maybe treat loyal repeat customers nicely

Extremely disappointed by this place. Pretty decor but terrible service. Had my manicure there this morning. The woman hurt me while filing my nails and said i must be very sensitive but not true, this was the first time i ever felt pain getting my nails done. I ended up still paying a generous tip but after taking a look at my nails, once back at my hotel just realized how bad they looked. The polish might have been applied better by a 5 year old. I want my money back!

I can't say enough good things about this salon and specifically Sana! The atmosphere is clean, welcoming and relaxing. I came in for a pedicure but had a manicure two days before at a different salon. My nails were chipping and I was leaving the next day for vacation. Sana was so kind and fixed my manicure for me, keeping the salon open later so that she could fix it. Her attention to detail and precision were next level. My nails were perfect for vacation and lasted the whole time. Haven Nails and Sana have officially won me over as a loyal customer!

    Dead skin, paint lines

I went here for a pedicure and granted I was a walk in at 3:00 but they were still open for another two hours. I was not asked what service I wanted and was given a basic pedicure. These are advertised as $45 for 35 min. From the moment I walked in to the moment I paid I was there for 23 minutes. On top of this, the pedicure was terrible. There was still dead skin on almost every toe and the paint job is just ridiculous, along with there still being visibly peeling callouses in my soles. Just a terrible experience overall.

This was just what I needed after walking all around Denver downtown in the wrong shoes. I was happy to come in and not have to wait very long to be seated for my pedicure. I had no appointment and the gentleman behind the hostess area was very nice and got me seated within 10 mins. I have made appointments for pedicures and had to wait much longer. Crazy!! This place is pretty hip and located in the heart of everything. You walk, to restaurants, breweries, cute shops....its an awesome location. Its got a second story which is small but i belive used for storage or eyebrows and such. Once I was seated I was offered a complimentary drink from that same young man who greeted me. I went with white wine of course. It was tasty. The bowls used for the pedicures to soak your feet were quite different than what you traditionally see. It wasn't a massage/spa bowl but a ceramic bowl that is physically removed to be cleaned and filled up. I ended up not missing the bubbles too much and actually felt like this was a cleaner method than the usual. The chair was also not a typical massage, leather recliner and I was fine with that as well. The young lady did a good job on my feet considering this was my first time having them done while I had a blister on my toe. Bah! The nail polish on my big toe did start chipping the next day and the prices were a bit higher for the service but overall I felt relaxed and enjoyed my experience. I would come back.

This is such a cute spot and I expected so much more. It was very mediocre, just got the job done nothing more that made it stand out. The pedicure chairs weren't cozy and I wasn't comfortable being so sunk into the chair. It was a little awkward. Won't be getting a pedicure here again. I also got my acrylics removed and the gal cut my finger with the clippers pretty bad, it bled for about 30 minutes after I left. The gal acted like it was no big deal. I won't be returning. Very cute "instagramable" spot though.

Nichelle was amazing. I got a a spa pedicure and a city manicure with gel and gel removal and it cost me $110. Her attention to detail was everything I needed after a really bad experience at another place. She really helped with some of my nails that were split. The interior was very clean and spacious!! Totally recommend this place!!

My friend booked a pedicure here for me for my birthday and it was a wonderful treat. The staff was super friendly and they offered me water, tea, or wine when I arrived. They had Chardonnay and merlot. I had the red and it was tasty and a very nice surprise! The seats are a bit hard to get in and out of but they are comfortable when you get settled. The woman doing my pedicure was very capable and friendly. I wish she had let my feet soak a bit longer before doing the scrubbing but all my dry skin and calluses are gone now. The atmosphere here was very charming and they have cute purses for sale along with a number of other services like waxing and eyebrows. I was pleased that they took $10 off my pedicure price since it was my birthday (I added it back on for tip). Definitely come give yourself a treat on your birthday.... or any day where some self care sounds good!

Now after 5 days, two of my toes are missing gel polish.

Haven is a complete mixed bag. I have been here more than 20 times and you never know what you're going to get. Sometimes the tech is friendly and talkative, sometimes they only speak in a foreign language with their peers and never really communicate with you. Sometimes your gel mani/pedi will stay on for two weeks no problem and sometimes it's peeled all the way off after 4 days. Sometimes they have a nice color selection and sometimes all the nice colors have run out. Sometimes your cuticles are left fresh and gleaming, sometimes they're completely chewed up and painful. I have been a loyal patron for over a year and won't be back after my most recent mani/pedi. My toenail polish (gel) was missing after 4 days on my left foot. No chipping, just gone. My cuticles on my hands looked like they went through a grinder and were sensitive and painful to the touch. I had to clip the hanging skin around most of my fingers. I wasted over $100 to get both done and it's just not worth it to me. I'd rather go somewhere less cute, but where quality is important. Save your money and pick somewhere else. Haven has a decent ambiance but until they make some changes, it's not worth stopping in.

I wanted to make sure she had the perfect nails, so I researched A LOT, and decided that Cherry Creek seemed to be the best option based on reviews and pictures. Thankfully, my research paid off! They did such a good job on myself, the bride, and another friend. They were great at cuticle cutting, nail shaping, and of course applying the polish. We got gel manicures and the bride also got a basic pedi, and all turned out great. We all had different nail techs too, so it was great to see that all of them did a great job. They were so good at shaping my nails into an almond shape, I think it was my favorite out of all the manicures I've gotten (which is a lot). Overall, we had nothing but a great experience. The place is small, but it makes it feel cozy, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend!

This owner is clearly unwell, who would do something like that. Tech did not spend 20-25 minutes. It was a 10 minute service. Even she said as I was checking out that I should just be billed for a polish change. The tech filed 2 nails for 30 seconds. I scheduled and came in for a polish change which they told me would take 10 minutes and it did. owner insisted afterwards that i pay for a mini manicure which i did not receive per the tech who confirmed verbally with the check out clerk. no massage. no filing and buffing. no lotion, no cutting of cuticles. $33 for a polish change seems excessive and greedy. make sure you get pricing up front from them. aesthetics and interior design very low end, looks cheap and sloppily put together. I tipped the tech $10 on venmo because I do not trust the owner to give the tip to the tech. When I asked them to call the owner back to confirm I was being charged for a service I didn't receive, the owner didn't pick up nor text her worker back. After waiting for 10 minutes I just paid so I could leave. Not a good way to run a business.

I was going to Lane for six months at Acronychous. No issues with nail designs as she's talented in…read morereplicating the designs I sent. My issue is with customer loyalty. During my time as a client I was asked by Lane to reschedule 3 of my appointments without explanation. All of which I accommodated by moving things on my schedule. On Sept 3rd, I received a text once again asking to change my appointment on Oct. 29th @ 4p to Oct 28th same time. While I said OK, I asked that this be the last reschedule as it was third time and honestly it was inconvenient - especially considering these appointmentsare booked months in advance so, I build my schedule around it. Fast forward to Oct 27 and I have chosen a design and as usual sent it to Lane via IG stating this was for our Wed Appt on the 29th since that was the time/date still on my calendar from their scheduler and I didn't think about the text two months ago. (To Note: Whenever an appointment was sent by them (even a change) it's updated in the Google calendar). She responded to my message saying " You Got It!". I'm always excited when getting my nails done and have a trip planned this week so, I was really looking forward to it. So, the next day (Tuesday), I receive a text from Lane at 3:52p saying "Hiiii! Just realizing your insta message said Wednesday and our appt is today at 4! Just confirming that I'll see you in a few ". Wait what? I was confused so, I sent her a screenshot of my calendar and email which had the appointment for Wed and was FROM the nail shop. Also, how do you just realize this 8 min prior to an appointment? She asked if I received an email with the new date and time to which I said no because if I had - it would have updated in my calendar. She then says she has no other 4p appts for the remainder of the week. I said " Fine, I guess I'll see you next month" as I was understandably disappointed. She then offered a time for next week to which I say " No thank you. Have a great weekend" because I have a meeting I can't move. Her response? "My policy does state that 100% of a service will be charged for last minute cancellation/no show....ill add that charge to your next appointment on Tuesday, November 25th at 2pm." Seriously? For her mistake/oversight, she wants to charge me basically double next time? Mind you I spend at LEAST $170 each visit not including the 20 - 25% tip I leave every time. Not only that - I've accommodated her requests THREE TIMES prior even though I had to move something. I have been consistent customer who at most has been 7 minutes late MAYBE twice and have always communicated and have been apologetic. I was so disappointed by the unprofessionalism that I canceled my remaining appointments for the year and will not be returning. Just goes to show that loyalty and flexibility doesn't mean much to some service providers.
