ONE DAY. That's how long my $161 manicure and pedicure lasted.   These photos were taken ONE DAY after a GEL pedicure + BUILDER GEL manicure. My nails are so thin they bend when I pick up a pillow, several are cracking down the middle, and my toes are already chipped and peeling.   I asked Ann for a refund. She agreed to a partial refund ($120), hung up on me, then VOIDED the refund two days later. I have the refund receipt. Now she won't answer my calls...Sketchy.   The employee who did my nails, LaRae Bell, told me she taught herself how to do nails on her cousin. My nails started bubbling immediately and didn't last for even 24 hours.   I also attempted to verify an active individual professional license for Ann Sopa through the Colorado DORA license lookup and was unable to locate one. The DORA record I found for Thai Nails House by Ann is an active Shop Registration, which is separate from an individual professional license.   I gave Ann every opportunity to make this right. At this point, I'll be filing a complaint with DORA.   LADIES, BEWARE. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I waited 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The rebase took 90 minutes and my nails are thick and NOT smooth or even, plus I paid more than the pricing shown on the website. When I finally left, I had to walk between two brick buildings with VERY limited lighting to get to my car in the designated parking area behind the building. It felt very unsafe. Went in for a pedicure which was fantastic; however, the brow wax was really not too great. I have a pretty nasty burn now on my brow that stings pretty badly. Not sure if they're not familiar on how to use wax or what but it left me even reconsidering if I should come back at all. I do think I should've been offered a discount at least, but alas. I've waxed my brow countless times and have never been burned. I did also come for a gel manicure a few weeks ago and literally within days, they all peeled off. Super sweet people, but this burn on my brow has really changed my mind on if I should return. read more

This place was disappointing. The dip color I picked out was completely different than the dip powder that she put on my nails and when I spoke up she told me to wait because the color would change... didn't change. There's white specks left over from the powder, the square shape is SO pointy and then they are overall just lumpy. The type of nails that when you leave you honestly have to laugh. read more

I went to get a mani/pedi today, and Ann was a joy. My toes had not been touched since before the new year (except basic trims) since I broke my leg in January. I was nervous about going to the salon after the lockdown was lifted but I thought I would give the Thai Nail House a chance because they are close to my house and my feet look like gremlin toes. I was super pleased the moment I arrived. The house is extremely clean and they have everything outfitted for COVID- there's a hanging plexiglass divider between you and the nail tech, the tech wears a mask at all times and there's soap and chlorox wipes everywhere. Another client came in as I was getting my pedi and she was taken to another room in the house after picking her polish so I'm assuming that they're social distancing as well. The salon had everything you would want from a typical salon. Modern massage chairs, television, a large menu with various spa options. The pedicure was great and the tech took special care to make sure it looked perfect. This place will definitely be my new nail place! read more

MARI! The nail tech queen. I needed my nails done my engagement shoot and she delivered! I of course waited until the day of, and they were able to get me in before they closed. I am very indecisive and the color options were overwhelming so she helped me choose a color. By that, I mean I made her choose for me lol. She was in the middle of giving herself a manicure pre close and paused to do my nails. Although I havent gotten my engagement photos back, I know they'll be even BETTER because of Mari's help. After an awful nail experience in Denver I was desperate to get my nails done for my engagement photos. I called Thai Nail House and they were able to quickly accommodate me. My first visit was good. Christy did my nails. I like them so much I went back. The second time not so good. An did my nails the second visit. On the sides of my nails got missed by the dipping powder and looked unfinished. Third time Christy did my nails changed colors turned out real good. Fourth time to redo my nails was the worst. My nails have so much inconsistencies. Nails have light spots, lumps, file marks. The last visit was June 12, 2020 at 4:00 pm. I feel like the nail tech was rushing towards the end. Not happy with my nails. Have to find another nail salon. Too bad. *****update****** Ann reached out to me about my nails. I went back to the salon. I was here for a wedding and needed my nails done. This place was recommend by a friend. It took 1.5 hour to do a Dip, just a dip. She also charged 65$ for poorly done nails. Also, when I called 3 days later to tell her my dip began to chip( didn't know it could do that) she was very dismissive. A waste of money and a lot of my time. I made an appointment at this salon and even tho I arrived on time the lady was busy with another customer and I had to wait about 20mins.
