This is absolutely not the case, my husband tested the extra planks and saw that the planks are breaking off with the barest of touches. The salesman said he would call me in 45 minutes with information where to find the closest Bob's that had the product in store (He then wanted me to call him after I saw it to place the order with him), but I never received a call.
