Mainly we wanted to see what everyone else was saying, and the fact that we've yet to hear a realtor say anything but positive things about themselves. Our theory was if we can find a realtor that has a long list of happy clients, well maybe we can also become a happy client. That's when we found Tiffany. To be fair, we not only found Tiffany utilizing the same online resources you're using today, but we were able to narrow the choices down to (5) realtors. Each looked to be a perfect match for our personalities as well as desired knowledge of the areas we wanted to purchase in. However, Tiffany was the only one out of the "perfect 5" that didn't have that same old Olan Mills real estate/sports agent portrait that would make you feel a little dirty just to look at it. You know what I'm talking about. The picture that realtor looks like they're part of some secret society of super heroes. Arms folded, with that steely look of overdriven, unqualified self-confidence, with a hint of desperation. And always in THAT JACKET, like they're part of the NFL Hall of Fame or something, but not Tiffany. She reminded us of, well.... us. After a simple email to Tiffany explaining who we were and a brief synopsis of what we were looking for, she quickly jumped into action faster than a Jimmy John's delivery driver. Before we knew it, she'd sent us a list of houses to consider. And consider we did, she humored us as we visited around 30 (or so) houses. Always ready and willing to show us the next one on the list, and then take us back to ones we'd already seen (and uncrossed off the list). To say we were picky would probably be an understatement, but she was totally game the entire time, no matter what. In the end, we found the house we were looking for. As a matter of fact, I'm typing this review in the office of that house. Here are the facts, finding a great realtor to help you through the process of finding a home is essential. It's as important as buying the right house. We couldn't have done it without Tiffany. So, if you're like my wife and me (and I assume you are as you're online reading reviews of realtors), you've found her. It's Tiffany Chance. I'm totally confident that she'll help you find the house you want, where you want to find it. You won't regret the decision, I know we don't. In closing, I will share two things with you. My wife and I have one regret, we found our house and don't get to hang out with Tiffany as much as we used to (several times a week and every weekend). Kristi spent 3 1/2 days showing us 4 different towns and quite a lot of homes. From Marble Falls to Salado. On Friday when we made our offer she again spent most of the day negotiating for us to get us everything we wanted and some things we had not thought about. That was 5 days solid. Just with us. After the offer was accepted on Friday evening her and her team went straight to work and by Monday afternoon we had the home, pest, and septic inspections done. I could not have been more pleased with the professionals she referred. I have NEVER had a Realtor that set up all of the inspection and as fast as Kristi did. Michelle and her team was great about getting information and sending data to the mortgage company and us. We had an issue with the title company that the sellers agent had set up as they where having trouble with the remote closing for my wife. After trying to work it out ourselves (9 days, numerous phone calls, 18 emails and 2 overnight mailings) we called Kristi and with in about an hour see had it all worked out and we where all set with a new closing agent and the traveling notary. The last thing that blew me away was that Kristi came to closing with me. This was a first. I have never seen an agent take the time to go to closing to make sure that everything is correct. We have dealt with many, many realtors over the years in 5 different states. Kristi has been the absolute top #1 of all we have used and have seen. I tried calling a few times after my initial call and got no response. Then I try to drop off the application fee check and she is not at the office, the office is locked in fact. I called her 5 times, no response. I finally text her and her response is harsh and uncalled for. She then proceeds to call me rude because I called to ask questions about the property. She seems annoyed that I have questions and are refusing to answer them. The owner should be aware that such an aggressive and rude person is managing their property.

We were calling real estate agents from our condo trying to look at homes. Out of dozens of calls, two agents called me back. That's how I met Blaga. Unfortunately, the house we wanted to see was already gone. However, she agreed to meet with us to show us rental houses over a 24-hour period on Easter weekend.
