I've really appreciated how quickly she handles things and how on top of everything she is. What I like most is that she doesn't make you feel like just another client. She genuinely seems to care and takes pride in doing things the right way. That's hard to find. I've had a very positive experience with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager.

While the leasing process started on a positive note, our experience after moving in has been…read moreextremely disappointing. To their credit, the team was very accommodating in working over the weekend to help expedite our application. We were relocating under unique circumstances and needed to secure a home sight unseen as quickly as possible. Before we signed the lease, the leasing agent was transparent about a few minor issues--the lawn needed to be cut, there were a few paint touch-ups needed, and there was a substance on the back wall that appeared to be wood glue. We agreed those were minor concerns because we were assured the home was otherwise in excellent condition and move-in ready. Unfortunately, when we arrived, that was not our experience. The home had numerous issues that should have been addressed before move-in. The walls throughout the house were covered with scuff marks, dirt, crayon marks, and other stains. We requested that the home be professionally painted rather than accepting a credit to do touch-up painting ourselves because the amount of damage was far beyond a few small touch-ups. After multiple requests and more than two weeks in the home, we still have not received a clear answer on whether this would be completed. We also found mold on the refrigerator's water and ice dispenser, a broken refrigerator drawer, a non-functioning burner on the stovetop, rusting and chipped dishwasher racks, air filter so dirty that it hadn't been changed in a very long time, refrigerator filters that needed replacement, and a water softener that needed salt. Filters and such should not be needing replacement the first day you move into a "move in ready" home. The home itself had not been properly cleaned before move-in, with dirt throughout the home and items left behind in drawers that we had to dispose of ourselves. The most serious issue, however, has been the excessive amount of cat hair and dander throughout the home. I have a severe cat allergy and cannot be around cat hair or dander for more than about 20 minutes without experiencing an allergic reaction. Since moving in, I have had to avoid the carpeted areas of the house almost entirely. To the company's credit, once we reported the issue, they arranged for the carpets to be professionally cleaned. We also paid out of our pocket for professional air duct cleaning and hired a separate cleaning company to deep clean the home because cat hair, dust, and dirt were present throughout the house. Despite all of these efforts, my allergy symptoms have continued. Our biggest frustration has been the inability to communicate with anyone directly. Every attempt to discuss the situation has been limited to email, and we have been unable to speak with a manager or decision-maker by phone. We are not asking for extensive repairs or compensation--we simply want to discuss a reasonable solution to a legitimate health concern. Unfortunately, we have repeatedly been told via email that personal allergies and preferences are not their responsibility. While many of the maintenance issues themselves are repairable, the ongoing allergy issue has made the home unlivable for our family. At this point, we would simply like to come to a mutual agreement that allows us to receive our security deposit back so they can lease the property to someone for whom it is a better fit, while we find a home that does not pose a health risk. I hope this review encourages improvements to the move-in inspection process, cleaning standards, and, most importantly, customer communication. Being able to speak with someone directly when a serious issue arises would go a long way toward resolving situations like ours.

We had been to Austin several times for business but had never really looked into neighborhoods and schools. We found Amber through Zillow and from our first conversation, we knew she would be the one to help us find our very first rental home in Texas. She asked all the right questions, listened to our requests and understood our needs. She immediately provided us with a list of homes that were a perfect match. Unfortunately, our time was limited and we needed to fly back to Chicago to settle our affairs before our official move. Amber went above and beyond and visited properties for us when we were unavailable. She gave us honest opinions and professional advice to aid in our decision making process. She was extremely patient even when new properties would pop up and we'd have to see them, she always made herself available and remained in constant contact. When we finally decided on our home, she walked us through the lease signing process and made sure there were no surprises. Amber provided such an amazing experience that when we decide to purchase, she'll definitely be our agent.

Bobby was not only super professional and helpful, but he took away so much of the stress I was originally going through. He did most of the work and pretty much just let me know when things were DONE! He always responded to me quickly and my favorite part about working with Bobby was how much I enjoyed working with him. He made it a wonderful experience for me and he is simply a pleasure to work with. Plain and simple. He is the ONLY realtor I would recommend. Happy hunting with Bobby!
