I am new to California and the products offered. I randomly decided to try the Haven store, because it was closest to where I've been staying. I have had nothing but good experiences at this dispensary so far. Today I felt compelled to write about my experience. Grecia (I hope that was her name anyways. That's what it said on my slip.) helped me tremendously. She was so kind! I have had some bad experiences with paranoia while trying edibles in the past. Grecia, greeted me at the door right away, and I was able to tell her my experiences. From there, Grecia recommended so many products to try to help with my anxiety. She recommended the High Spirit drops. I have seen the drops before but was hesitant. She shared her favorites and showed me what each product is designed for. I tried the product today, and it is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much Grecia for your help and guidance! Her kindness was just what I needed today. I stopped in to buy some Vet CBD for my dogs. I was told they were "pet friendly" by the staff when they opened months ago. One of my dogs did his usual dog bark to greet several patrons. One of whom pet him, when along came a woman who proceeded to verbally attack me. She called me a bad pet owner and gave my dogs the stink eye. I took the dogs out to the car. This woman procedes to talk more trash while I'm in the store. I even went as far as telling her that my husband had open heart surgery on Monday to which she replied "that's why he had a heart attack". Really!! My dogs barking gave him a heart attack? Ignorant sour cow! She also tells me that if she was in Russia..maybe she would keep her mouth shut. WTF does that mean??? Anyway, the staff nor security did anything to stop this "patron" from harrassing me. They should have at some point intervened and told her they allow dogs in the store!!! I will NOT return. p.s. Store has straight access from the freeway, we found a wide neat space with friendly personnel and parking lot. Range of products was what caught our attention, we spent a while deciding between all the options available from flowers and waxes to edibles and bathbombs. Chelsea, one of the associates has a very deep understanding of the industry, she asked just the right questions to us in order to guide our experience while helping us decide keeping it in budget. We ended up taking some of her recommendations in grams and a bathbomb (which we were not determined to get while entering the store). This is a super clean shop with a massive selection. Kyle and Hailey were super helpful in showing me different vapes and flower products that I didn't even know existed but just hit the spot. I signed up for their rewards program and it's pretty cool I already got a free preroll, and they have special-events like every other day. I had to get some meds for a patient that needed rso. Really wish they would educate the staff on cannabis products. Not everyone just wants to get high. Even at that level I found the staff inexperienced. But if I have to educate staff on RSO because they have no idea what I'm talking about. No I dont want to dab it. OMG !!! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The product quality and value are excellent. The facility is welcoming and well designed. I purchased a variety of products including flower and concentrate.
