There are plenty of machines for any size load of laundry - Triple, Double or Single. The facility is always clean and welcoming - decorated for the seasons and plenty of amenities such as change, soap & softener, snack and drink machines. Seems like they are always updating and upgrading equipment and machines! They recognize the multi-cultural aspect of our community as well. I am there doing laundry 2-3 times a week, usually one load at a time. It's always a pleasant experience.

I brought my suit in for dry cleaning and ended up pressing it wrong, so the suit looked wrinkled and unpresentable. Instead of owning up to it, the staff said my suit was poor quality. "Excuse me?" That was not the case, and when I asked the team to repress it, the outcome was successful. It's sad that instead of owning up to the mistake they blame the customer when the fault was with their technique -- got to love small town America. Big on charm, but not on quality service and accountability.

It was my first time here, and probably my last simply to a really unfortunate situation. Although…read morethe business was clean, it's not safe to do anything other than watch your laundry. I was working on my computer at the only table in the place, and a child took my SD card out of my computer and put it into the vending machine within 3 feet of me and the 30-seconds it took to take my pillows to the dryer. It took almost 2 hours searching for it. The parent was not watching the kids the entire time they were there prior to the incident, but were very helpful and apologetic in helping me look for my card. The attendant was also very helpful in talking with the owner (who wasn't on site) to watch the cameras to see who took my things. The place is insanely busy, and most kids tend to be playing around the place and doors. Don't expect to come here and get additional work done while doing your laundry.
