This is a difficult lifestyle decision to make, but the people at The Landings were always re-assuring and answered all questions. Sharon has been very personable and attentive to our every need. I've had other relatives in other facilities, and they just felt depressing. I was very pleased to see The Landings have regular occasions with live entertainment and other activities. The walls are brightly painted and halls are nice and wide. Very clean. The staff is cheerful and willing to help out if needed. These are special people. If you are faced with this decision, The Landings at Norcross is worth checking out.

It started off with introduction from a friend who received great support in buying a house while he was still in India and was relocating back to the US. We started off sitting across the table and understanding each others expectations. A great conversation and Gina was patiently responding to every possible query I could have. I would not be surprised if Gina thought that I may not be a serious buyer The timelines of my buy had to be quick. I am regular traveler and had a window in Nov - Dec of 2016 where I could make a decision. What followed was - Great support in understanding my changing preferences - Making me understand what's the need vs. a want - Demonstrating ROI on any investment on a longer term - Helping narrow down properties - Enable my decision-making process with data on geography and the current real estate market - I was provided with a detailed explanation of steps... Prior to this, I had no clue about how much goes into it. If I had known probably would not have started ( that was a joke- I needed it) But the entire responsibility was taken over by The Gina Sharma Team. All I had to do was walk into attorney's office for final paper work. Did have to liase with bankers though for loan. Wish that could be outsourced as well. But had to take that responsibility as I am supposed to get a best financial deal basis my personal situation. I trust Gina and her entire team so much that I have referred 5+ friends to The Gina Sharma Team and they too have had wonderful experiences with the team. Over past 18-months what I like is the continued professional approach in dealing with clients and supporting them with genuine integrity and transparency. I assume it was because she got an offer for more $$$. When I brought up my concerns to her broker, Melba Franklin, the only response I got was ...you got the house. Hmmmm this would be why I am now on Yelp. Perhaps no response would have been a better tactic? I would have given the benefit of the doubt the issue was privately addressed. BTW it is a great house.

She and her staff made my project possible and they were so accommodating. I know for any reference for an assisted living facility, I would recommend this location because of their personable service.

I am so glad I did. We did not have a good experience there at all. I wrote in to the BBB and the director at the time (Marja) left shortly afterwards. Whatever you do, don't put a loved one in there who needs help. Only very very independent elders who have all of their wits would thrive here.
