I usually go to a different spot for my pedicures, but my friend had discovered this location! The ceilings were high, which i love! The chairs were spacious and there were ten pedicure chairs! We were a party of five, so that was fabulous, all five of us could sit in a row :) I had Amy as my nail technician, and she was very thorough and not pushy at all. The massage portion was perfect, not too hard. They had a large selection of colors and the option of lacquer or gel. There were not as many options for pedicures as I'm used to, only about six or seven from what I can remember. While my pedicure and three of the other ladies i went with were all done well, one friend complained about hers after the fact. She got a design and gel polish and the polish wasn't cleaned up nor was the design what she asked for. 80% of us were happy with our service, tho, so take that as you will. I will probably come back because they were in a more convenient location than my other spot. Only downfall is that there are no chihuahuas roaming free like my other spot read more

People were nice but terrible job. Never even cut my cuticles on my toes, which is half the reason I get a pedicure. Nails were horrible quality, leaving something stuck in one of the polishes, not cutting the skin around my nail that was hanging off, not painting the edges of my nails, and leaving polish on the tips of my fingers. read more

The front desk was nice, however the lady doing my pedicure was very rude. When someone asks you to fix something in a polite way you do not argue with them, and then proceed to try and prove your point various times after. like ok... fine just dont fix it. Stopped by yesterday without an appointment for three mani/pedis, but they got us right in. They were so kind to my daughter, and even let her use an iPad while she waited for us to finish! I've been here twice so far and have found my new salon! 1st time, I took my 4 y/o daughter for her first mani/pedi as a special treat before vacation and the entire staff was so sweet! They took us last minute, were so fun, and also did a great job with her little nails and mine. 2nd time I came for a refill on my previous visit. Replacement of dip powder nails and went with a fun French nail. Julie did an AMAZING job! My nails are not think or bulky like a lot of dips can turn out. They look natural and beautiful, plus she asked to add a little flare and they came out better than I ever expected. I will be coming back for Julie and the whole staff from now on! read more

I couldn't be more disappointed with my service. I asked for a regular pedicure and SNS nails. My pedicure was lacking and also I don't like when they pop up it's tools from their station instead of an autoclave. The nail color was also incorrect but I didn't want to complain, it's fine. She forgot to put top coat on at the end and said she would do it after my nails were done, which I didn't want because I needed to put my shoes back on of course ... cause it's winter time and ya girl can't walk out with flip flops on lol. Anyhooo, I go sit down to get my nails done, no hand washing during the whole process,no base or top coat for those and my nails are bulky, uneven, the dip isn't even on all them correctly like there like areas where powder is missing or weirdly stacked, they also aren't shaped correctly but my nails are short so what's done is done with that. I would honestly give them less than one star so not spend your money here. Speaking of money... the math wasn't mathing. They said the pedicure was 35 the SNS was 48 +5 for my extra color. I am a regular client at Haven Nail Bar and I'm always extremely pleased with my results. I schedule with Jennifer (some may know her as "James") for my visits. She is pleasant, attentive and always asking along the way if I'm satisfied. She is meticulous about what she does - for me, that's usually a pedicure (sometimes w hot stones) and gel manicure. I wanted to really like this place but I should have noticed the red flags. This is my first visit and I have an appt. 1. The manager sits me down I showed him the design I wanted and he quotes $60. Ok, that price seems fair. We picked out 3colors and move on. After he removed the old polish and starts to file my nails He passes me off to another tech. This is when it goes down hill. I kept showing her the design that's really simple and the pattern. She continues to say ok, apply the acrylic. I had to keep telling her to not file my cuticles with the hand file bec it hurt. Now, for each finger she polish one base coat, three coats of gel polish, one top coat. For each coat of polish my hand went in the us lamp for 99 seconds. When I commented the manager said ooh no it's not the damaging light. In any case my guesstimate over 30mins on each hand under the lamp before everything was done. After that she began to put oil on my cuticles. I stop her and show her the picture for the third time. The manager comes over and I told him that the reins tones had not been added. I only wanted it on one finger each hand. The manager then pulls another tech to place the them on one finger each hand. This requires me to wash my hands again, she applied stones then back under the uv light again. After more than two hours I'm happy with my nails. The manager says he's charging $75 bec it was a lot of work. It really wasn't but what ever I'll just pay and not come back. Well... here I am less than a week later I've lost some stones and the gel polish is peeling... now wasting time and money. read more

I have visited this nail salon a couple of times and I so wanted to like it. The venue is nice and relaxing; the location is convenient for me. The service and energy reeks of greed! The nail techs are very pushy in regards to upselling a full set or an expensive spa pedicure. I requested a pedicure. During the pedicure, I was asked if I wanted my eyebrows done. I asked if they needed it? The technician said she didn't like that, and started to become rough with the pedicure. I literally wanted to know if they needed it. If they did, then yes I would get my eyebrows waxed. When I paid and gave her tip to her, she snatched the money from my hand and didn't bother to say thank you or anything else. They also started to burn while the tech was putting them on so I pulled my hand away and said my finger is burning (something that has never happened to me before with acrylics) She grabbed it back without any consideration to what I just said. Very disappointed with Haven, I heard good reviews so I figured I try it out. All i wanted was a simple solid color dip SNS nail. They were so crooked and rigid. Every nail was a different shape/ length and they weren't even buffed out. pictures for reference when I say these were BAD. I went to this salon yesterday for a gel manicure. It was a little pricey at $47.00. While it's a very good quality manicure, there were a few things that I didn't like. They were kind of pushy about buying more services, such as eyebrows or a pedicure. Another employee sat next to my nail tech and for the first 20 minutes, spoke with each other in their language, not English, which was very unprofessional and rude! When I first went to Haven nail bar, three weeks ago, it was a nice experience. I believe that is because it was fairly new at the point and they were looking to impress new clients. Unfortunately, when I went today, with my elderly mother, not only were we rushed through everything we wanted to have done, but every worker tried to upsell us on treatments we did not want, nor did we request. The quality of our manicures and pedicures were less than what they were three weeks ago. I believe this was because of the rush. Additionally, we discovered that this salon no longer accept tips via credit card. One must use the in-store ATM to take out cash in order to tip, which requires a two dollar upcharge. This charge goes directly to Haven Nail Bar. We will no longer be giving business to this salon. I look forward to finding a salon that does not rush us and that does not force us to use their ATM, which charges us extra in order to tip their stylists. read more

Went here with my daughters and granddaughter. The owner was friendly and pushes you to get gel. I went with it but the male tech I had was awful. The water was cold and he had to go to the back and add hot water. 10 minutes later he was done. When I got home and was able to take a closer look at my feet. He did not clear my red nail polish on my toes I had on previously. I got gold polish so it looks awful. Unfortunately, now they are closed but I will call them in the morning. $65.00 is too much to pay for shoddy work along with a tip. While I liked the service, I was given services I didn't ask for and then charged. For example, I received a pedicure that was well done. The technician told me that I was getting the collagen treatment. She did not ask...she told. The first time, she also added nail art to every toe, and I didn't ask for it. Was it pretty...yes...did it last, yes...The second time she asked about nail art and quoted $10 but instead of just the big toes, she added to every toe.....again, beautiful job....but my pedicure was almost $150.00 with tip. I had the money, but what if I came in without that much to spend? This was in November, and I haven't been back since because I am concerned about the same thing happening again...i think about it but steer clear because of the added extra services and charges. I called this morning for an appointment with Tracy, and was confirmed for a 10:15 with her. I arrived several minutes early, and she was working on someone else (not near the end of the process). I said I was there for an appointment with her, picked my color, but was then served by a different tech. She was nice, did a good job, no issues other than annoyance about the oversight. However, yet another tech did my manicure and things went downhill. After several failed attempts to even get the tips to adhere to my nails, the male tech proceeded to glob on the SNS powder, unevenly file my nails, and then dremel'd too deep and messed up one of my nails. Rather than fix it properly, he then painted ALL of my freshly dipped nails with a GEL color. So I paid for the SNS for no reason, in my opinion. He took off $7 at checkout I've enjoyed this salon in the past but I do not like the quality of work that their male techs do, and probably won't go back any time soon. read more

I've been to haven nail bar twice, the first time was great i've been going to the lady who did my nails for years and she has always done a great job. the second time I went someone different did my nails because they were super busy, I asked for a design and got the complete opposite of what I asked for. I ended up asking him to remove the design because I got tired of trying to tell him it doesn't look like what I asked for. The environment was very clean and inviting. I was greeted when I walked in and I was offered a cold drink when my pedicure started. I rarely treat myself to pedicures, so I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, my 30 minute pedicure (with an added, and paid for, extra 10 minute foot massage) was done in 14 minutes (the message chair has a 30 minute timer on it, so I knew how long I had been sitting there.) My cuticles and nail beds weren't trimmed and my nails weren't filed. My callouses are still VERY evident, even after asking for them to have some extra attention. I was charged $55 (for a service that was supposed to be $38 plus $10 for the added massage) for a very subpar service. Basically, my toenails were trimmed and painted. My friend, who sat down at the same time as me and requested the same services, was done 20 minutes after me, while I sat in the pedi chair waiting for her. We thought the nail tech would come back to do the extra massage, but she moved on to the next customer. Another nail tech put my flip flops on me. My friend had a wonderful pedi experience.
