I walked in this morning first thing. Upon going inside, I noticed it was clean, well lit, quiet, friendly staff and well maintained furniture and stations. When greeted, I asked for a pedicure. They took me right back to beautiful pedicure spa chairs. My technician "Trihn" was super kind, and fast. My only suggestion would be to spend a little more time on the manicure itself. I haven't had a pedicure in a year, and know I needed some cuticle clean up. She did very little. She also did an eye brow wax for me. That too was very quick. I wish she would have cleaned up my brows a little more. Additionally it seemed a little expensive, but I know everything is expensive these days. I had a basic spa $46, gel $20 extra, and eyebrow wax $13. They accept card payment, however tip is Venmo, cash, or cash app. Overall it was great, and I will definitely go back. read more

Honestly, I wasn't going to post a review, but the experience and results were so bad, I had to. First off, I called in advance to see if the salon had the OPI brand of nail dip. I was told yes, made an appointment and headed over. Turns out, they don't have OPI dip powder. Not the end of the world, but I called to check prior to going in for a reason. When the nail tech sat down, I was never greeted, never even looked at as he began to assess my nails. When it came to removing my dip, I was shocked. I was given a cereal bowl of pure acetone and told to soak my fingers in. A washcloth was placed over my hands and left to sit. Is this truly the standard for dip removal?! I gave a picture of what I wanted done. You can be the judge, but I wasn't happy with them. Throughout the manicure I kept reminding the tech of the thinness of my nails and their sensitivity. He proceeded to aggressively use the drill on my nail bed and cuticles anyway. Literally every single one of my cuticles is cut and very sensitive now a day and a half later. I left with black paint on my fingers and dip on my skin that I was left to pick off for the rest of the day. Just praying I won't get an infection. $75 with tip. Honestly, I will never go back and would caution others. read more

The gentleman that did my nails, I think the owner, did such a great job fixing the shape of them and also the apex. He did a masterful paint job with no flaws and really paid attn to detail. No bad smells of acetone First time visiting trying to find someone I love to do my nails The way I like them. Cons: I felt rushed , a good manicures with polish normally takes 40 min .. I was done in like 20 and left with dead skin still around my nails, and polish on my skin .. wasn't terrible but wasn't neat either . I went home and cleaned up my nails a little more . People noted the prices are higher here but for a regular gel manicure and regular pedicure it was $61 which was not bad in my opinion. My pedicure was good but my foot and leg massage was more of a light rub than an actual massage. You know that feeling when you're like "oh please put pressure on my heel!" But then they never do? Yeah. So I was kinda disappointed but to each their own so I can't knock them that bad for an otherwise pleasant experience. The real reason for my bad review was my gel manicure. When scraping off my soaked gel polish, the guy was DIGGING into my nail and scraping upwards instead of flaking it down my nail which let me tell you feels AWFUL. It felt like he was grinding into my nail bed instead of just taking off the old polish. Pushing my cuticles up was also done harshly. This guy did not have a light hand at all. My nail shape was good but my gel polish is a HUGE thick layer which takes away from the nice, square round shape he filed my nails. The thick gel makes them look almost bell shaped. Ugh. Then, he slathered in so much gel, the base, the color and the top coat were SEALED under my nails. I had to take tweezers when I got home to get rid of the excess polish he let build up and didn't offer to remove. It was an obvious mess up I'm surprised he didn't fix it on his own! Lastly, he used some slurs and made some uncomfortable remarks about certain people that bordered on racism. It was very awkward. Everyone else in the place seemed great but my hunt for a decent nail salon will continue. read more

I arrived at the nail salon 10 minutes after calling. I waited 2 hours to be seen, and I got the worst hack job I've ever gotten for a gel manicure. Marry was my nail technician, and she was obviously in a hurry. She didn't even let me finish drying them properly, painted my nails sloppily, cut me several times - & then was butthurt when I didn't tip her more than $5 on the mess she made of my nails. I will say, the receptionist guy was amazing. Probably the only thing about this place worth anything. Wouldn't recommend this nail salon to even my worst enemy. read more

I came to this Nail Spa with my sister to get a french manicure and this quite literally is the worst french manicure and customer service I've ever had. My Nail tech had an extremely dry/rude attitude to begin with which was uncomfortable enough. Throughout the entire nail service she kept stopping and going on her phone and even leaving at one point to go on her phone and told me to give her a minute. She didn't come back for almost five minutes and when she did she was still on her phone. At one point I put my hand under the UV light like she asked and when I did the light turned on and right after she pressed a button and it turned off. I thought that she meant to turn the light off so I didn't say anything and when she asked me if the light was on I said no to which she replied "okay next time, you need to let me know because it was supposed to be on". She said it with such a rude attitude as if it was my fault she wasn't paying enough attention to her job that she didn't notice. So the experience was bad enough and only to leave and see how badly my nails looked made it that much worse. I called to let them know the situation shortly after and the only thing they said that could be done is if I came back in so they could fix it. I wasn't never offered a discount let alone a refund. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a call before I left this review but it didn't get me anywhere. Why would I want to return here for anything after that. $51 for nothing. Don't waste your money here. read more

Soo...not happy. At all. Very, very disappointed. Finally getting my Spring toes and I can't believe how disappointed I am. Nails were cut uneven and didn't match, she cut them into a funky shape. I went to Blue Pearl a little over a month ago. When getting my Pedicure, the lady doing it poked my big toe. Since then, my toe started hurting a lot and got infected. I have gone to 2 primary care physicians and a podiatrist. They have put me on an antibiotic cream and 3 other oral antibiotics. The podatrist told me if this last round of antibiotics don't work, then I have to get my toenail taken off. It's not working and I am really upset.
