I never went back, which seemed like a natural conclusion to a meh experience. But Donna Early with Skin Day Spa had other plans. Since that solitary appointment, she has relentlessly spammed me with "special deals and pricing." Text after text. Month after month. Year after year. I've politely asked to be removed from her list, and she promised to stop. Spoiler alert: she hasn't. What's even more maddening? There's no way to unsubscribe unless you count begging Donna to show mercy. Here's my suggestion: if you love mediocre facials and want a permanent pen pal in the form of relentless text spam, Skin Day Spa is the place for you.
