I would say the only downside to my experience was that I had to attend one more session (to fulfill three total sessions) before quitting my membership due to moving states. I think it's important to do research or read anything before making a commitment. It is a pricy and upscale experience, so be sure to be knowledgeable about what you are getting into. Immediately upon leaving the eye doctor, I received a message from Walgreens that my prescription was ready. I called them to ask if it would be covered by insurance because that didn't align with what my doctor had just told me. The pharmacist on the phone was incredibly rude, saying things like, "Why is taking your doctor so long?" I asked if they would notify me when the insurance went through and he said, "Why would we notify you?" When I asked, "So it's just a guessing game then?" he said, "Well, that's your problem." He was so rude and disgusting and had no idea what was going on.
