And they work with your insurance AND will call your doctor to get prescriptions AND deliver to your home or office. And they can do consultations. And I can get the big ticket medical supplies there (like walkers, canes, crutches, etc.) covered through medicare. It's a one stop shop for everything I need. And BTW there's gas station / convenience store right next to them. And the Market St. & 63rd St. metro stop half a block away.

As soon as you enter on the one wall were shoes, and the other had various medical supplies. You continued forward to sign in. At least 95% of the business is in Chinese and so is the clientele to match. They were pretty busy on this particular afternoon, but someone did come out quickly to assist us. The store did not have what we were looking for but recommended going to Walmart of all places to find the best brace my friend needed. The staff was nice and helpful. This store overall is kind of in disarray and discombobulated but I'm certain that the staff working there knows their customers and where things are and meets their needs. We took a shot coming here instead of one of the chain drugstores and struck out. Glad we got the exercise. Walmart did not have what was needed either but Amazon did!

Penn Medicine ordered a piece of equipment (a bedside elevated table for eating) which did not come. All in all, they are not reliable or service oriented.

I called…read moreGoodwill medical to say I had a hospital bed to donate and I was told (by a guy, I didn't get his name) that I should wait about 10 days to two weeks for a call back from Goodwill, at which time a pick up would be scheduled. I was asked no questions about any of the features of the hospital bed. After two weeks had passed, I called back, and I was asked by the guy who answered to give scheduling a couple more days. Again, I was asked nothing about the features of the hospital bed. About a week later, a young lady from Goodwill medical called and asked if I was still interested in making the donation. I said yes, but explained that I would not be there on the day of the pick up. She asked me if I could get it outside for the date of pick up and I said I could. And I did. She did not ask me anything about the features of the hospital bed. Upon arrival to the house, the driver (Rick) determined that the bed was not a "hospital bed" and did not pick the bed it. When I spoke to him, he said it is not a hospital bed because it does not raise and lower, and does not have wheels. He then said well, it is at least not the kind of a hospital bed that Goodwill sells. Rick went on to say that there are 7 people who work in the office and none of them do their jobs. He said that this kind of thing "happens all the time." When I spoke to the operations manager, Ray, I asked him why I was not told at any point before pick up what features were needed to make this donation. He said that Goodwill assumes people know what a hospital bed is. He then asked me to send him pictures of the hospital bed because maybe he could "help me out." And even after sending these pictures, he declined to take this donation. After reviewing the website, I see that Goodwill medical does not take any hospital bed mattresses, and accepts only single sized hospital beds WITH RAILS. The website says nothing about raising and lowering or wheels -- but I guess the general public knows that all hospital beds raise and lower and have wheels. Never again.

Go literally anywhere else, including to the river to talk to the fish because they will help you more than this place will.

Such an easy process. I received my first two doses of the Moderna vaccine here in the spring. All visits were a great experience- efficient, professional, and no hassles.
