You can now pay by cash or credit card in all 3 of the bays, and you have a bit more control over how much you spend with cash as you can insert as much or as little money in once you meet the minimum. Today, for example, I was able to give my car a basic yet complete wash for only $3. But with only 3 bays, it can still get very cramped and backed up here. There's only so much space in front of the bay entrances to accommodate those of you waiting in line. It's also fully automated, so if you experience any problems, you have to call the toll-free number on the sign, as opposed to finding a nearby employee. But all things considered, it's once again enjoyable to wash my car here.

Saturday - car starts to spit and sputter Sunday - car completely loses power, misfirings, dying I called Valvoline, Assistant Manager comes to my location, purchases a styrofoam cooler, jacks up my car and drains at least 3 quarts of black oil out. Advises that most likely they did not drain the old oil out and just added the new oil on top of old. After this I take car to repair shop Diagnosis - spark plugs are saturated with oil, many codes are registering on meter, low pressure I continue to call Valvoline and create a case, District Manager comes out to repair shop and is very unhelpful and insists that it is no fault of a valvoline. He had no knowledge of what was happening or could happen to the car. The manager and assistant manager pretty much admit that it occurs and they probably did not drain out the old oil. The District Manager says it could have many scenarios. In the long run Valvoline did not drain out my old oil and added new oil to the old. My car had about 10 quarts of oil in it and started to cease my engine. I would not go to this business. They do very low quality unprofessional work. Save yourself the expense and abuse.

Had a flat tire on my car and called State Farm for roadside assistance. At 2 PM the call was…read moreinitiated and by 4 o'clock I had not heard back from any agent or when the estimated time of arrival for a mechanic to help me with my tire. I called State Farm once again and within two minutes I received a notification from Delarms Auto Body they will be here within 10 minutes. In less than 10 minutes the truck pulls up and the gentleman was able to change my tire and put my spare on. Without their help there was no way that tire was coming off the car. He had to use a four-way wrench with a pipe extension to put enough force to get the Lugnuts off the vehicle. I would've never been able to make that repair on the roadside especially on a dark one lane road. Delarms were quick and professional. If you in a jam give these guys a call. Thank you for your help.
