This is my go to spot to get balloons. It's about a 10 min ride from my home so I just pick it up. Pick up days are Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. It's a wholesale place so your min order has to be $100. They sell most of the top name balloon brands. The workers are hilarious and friendly. First impressions are lasting! Don't bother patronizing this business. I purchased balloons from this store and I regret doing so. You are only allowed to make online orders. Unfortunately, one of the color balloons that I purchased didn't meet the description that was displayed online. I was informed by John (one of the employees) that he would speak to the manager the following day to see if anything could be done. A follow up call was made the next day and I was told that there was nothing that could be done due to covid. The manager proceeded to say, "Well, at least you didn't spend a lot of money on the balloons." Regardless of what was spent, it was money spent out of my pocket for something I didn't want and couldn't use. I could see if I was seeking a refund, but a simple exchange couldn't honored? I really don't understand how people are doing business these days. I placed an order with this company and one of the items I wanted was no longer in stock. I called to ask when they think they'd get it back in...the response "I dunno". Like what??? Ok, whatever...I needed the remaining balloons that I had in my cart so I proceeded with the order and did an in person pick up at their location. Here we are today the item is back in stock but I can't place the order online due to minimum purchase price. Thinking any reasonable business would surely oblige a returning customer and make an exception since the item was previously out of stock. NOPE!!! I was told I have to make the order online (after looking up my previous order) I guess I didn't spend enough initially to be worth the exception. Funny thing is I have quite a few events lined up for 2022 where I'll surely be needing balloons and I'll be sure to bypass this place. Trying to support local businesses at times, does not seem to pay off... I'll rather pay for shipping and quality service than to deal with the mediocrity that comes with a lot of these small businesses. read more

I used them to order 20 chairs for a baby shower. Pick up and drop off was quick and painless. $2 a chair and $10 security deposit (per chair) that theyll charge only if a chair is returned damaged. I also brought in balloons to be blown up. One popped and they replaced it for free. Nice people that have been in the party business for a long time and it shows. Ordered Disco Link Chains and boom box balloons for my hip hop 40th Birthday Party. Balloons were very cool and easy to inflate with a electric air pump. Shipping was pretty expensive ($15) package was delivered later than expected. Never received tracking information as promised. Owner and son were helpful (and talkative), prices were reasonable. I ordered a baby shower chair, 7 large foil balloons and two bundles of single grounded balloons. Our party was located on the same block, they helped bring the balloons while we carried the chair. Our party was past their closing time so they agreed to pick up the chair at a later date. Avoid at all costs. Besides the fact you can find WAY cheaper wholesale prices online like at Bargain Balloons, their customer service is just as poor unfortunately. I really wanted to like this place as an event planner in the NYC area, but their unfriendliness and lack of manners is what makes me turn away from this business. Ordered a character for my son's 2nd birthday party. Larry was very nice and made the booking process easy, prices super reasonable too. Day of event, Matt arrived on time and walked me through the process. Friendly, professional, and you could tell he enjoys what he does. Very disappointed with their customer service. I am planning an event, have called this company a few times, and finally was able to get a conversation to connect. I'm not an event planner, just planning a party and obviously don't know all of the proper "terminology." Mid-conversation, I'm cut off several times and told that the place was getting busy and then was hung up on while asking questions. I'm disappointed because we were excited to use this place after reading the great reviews on Yelp. Will now have to go look at other locations. read more
