When service blows your mind and you get stuck for words. It's happening right now. With Purim festivities in the air and me leaving things to last minute, I didn't know what to expect when returning to Liquors Galore for nice arrangements. Of course the store was bustling with last minute humans like me, but even with everything going on, an employee at the store was so kind, patient and understanding when helping me out. He really listened to my description of what I am looking for. I managed to get the most beautiful pieces they had left and I know the people I will give them to are going to love them. They have arrangements ranging from low prices to expensive so they can serve the best purpose for different people. Also a great selection of awesome liquor on sale weekly. I just simply can't get over how amazing the service is. I will definitely be returning next year for my Purim arrangements.

The store was a little crowded, as expected, but everyone was orderly and respectful of others space. In addition, many people, including myself, waited outside until we saw people leave with their items. I I tidally was going to get Jameson and Prosecco (which I don't really like) but I'd figured we just use it to pop as the clock struck midnight( however, I would up just getting a bottle of Veuve Clicquot along with my Jameson. Upon heading to the register, the woman asked me if I lived in the neighborhood, which I do, and she informed me of their rewards program--you get discounts and rewards based upon how much money you spend. This was much appreciated because I was unaware of this, nor was it advertised. I have eaten at Peppino's restaurant, but not shopped at their liquor store. I had a wonderful experience here, the guy in the aisles was friendly and helpful. I asked a couple of local liquor stores, which were quick to dismiss me by saying they do not offer it. When I asked Island Plaza store employees, they also never heard of the wine. However, they offered to special order and call me. The following week they did call me, and I bought two bottles. Their prices were very competitive. Because they chose to take the few extra steps and help me, they are now my new liquor store. Good customer service does make a difference. Keep it up!
