At one point table items, now each one having its own price written in sharpie.
    Ivan O.

As some users have mentioned, your experience at Jumble will vary. To keep things simple, I'll categorize my review by topic and include some photos of Jumble. [ Prices ] * Originally started at $9 Friday, $7 Saturday, $5 Sunday, $3 Monday, $2 & $1 Tuesday to Thursday. On February 1st, prices increased, now starting at $12 Fridays down to $2 & $1 Wednesday & Thursday (essentially all other days increased by $3). * Prices increases were hinted at being temporary based on their TikTok/Instagram posts. Jumble said it was for 'VIP Month' (better/bigger items on tables). Their replies to comments on their videos also suggested it would be for February only, but clearly it is not. Heck, they still have that big sign in front of their building with old prices. New shoppers who see the sign outside, grab items they want to buy, and are ready to checkout will have a big surprise once they see their receipt. What a way to mislead customers. * Not everything follows the day pricing. Items on shelves near walls all have their own prices like mugs, plants, food, books, makeup products, etc. * As of early March, Jumble began removing certain table/bin items. These now have their own prices written in black sharpie or are behind the counter with VIP prices despite at one point being priced accordingly based on the day (table prices). Small toys/makeup are the ones that have their prices written with sharpie (most do not realize they are no longer priced based on the day and end up not purchasing it). The items that were once table items and now moved to the counter with VIP prices are movies, early 2000's PC games, cables, screen protectors, and 'Onn' branded cases/items. Essentially, small items that Jumble once sold in high volumes and frequently are now priced higher. How did I come to this assumption? If you shop here frequently, you start to remember other shoppers and notice what they buy. Even I would stumble across a movie I want and end up buying it for $3 or even $1, but now they priced much higher (still lower than full retail price, but more like 'clearance' prices if these were still sold at original retail store). To make things even worse, I don't even think Jumble is able to sell these now 'VIP' items consistently anymore. I've seen the same stack of games, movies and small items sit behind the counter for all of March pretty much. They just keep stacking more and more, but the ones they've held for so long just sit underneath the ever-growing pile. [ Table Products ] * Since it's a 'Wholesale Returns' outlet, most items are bound to have issues with them. * Furniture: From my experience at least, these are likely to have small cosmetic defects such as scuff marks/scratches/dents/chipped corners. Worst case scenario, the items cant be built/completed due to missing parts. * Electronics: Outright gamble. If an item uses proprietary parts (such as batteries for drones), it might be missing. I've seen keyboard missing key caps or USB dongles, making it useless since those are required for the product to function at all. As for lights (LEDs), these seem to be fine. I've purchased many every now and then and rarely seen any with issue; only having two products with some burned out LEDs. [ VIP Products ] * They sell great VIP items. When comparing to full retail prices, they are typically around 30-50% off. I purchased a few VIP items every now and then, and never had issues with the products. Do note, despite being discounted from full retail, it's only a BIT cheaper than if the original distributer sold it at clearance prices. I typically scan the UPC before purchasing the VIP items to check if I'm actually getting a good deal or not (most times you are). Heck, I purchased a PC they had a while back ago and it works great! [ Returns/Refunds ] * This is just one confusing mess. Based on my understanding, VIP products can be returned (according to their replies to other reviews/comments on social media). If it's a table/bin item, there are NO REFUNDS/RETURNS, even if the product you purchased is broken or missing parts.

Amazing place to shop there Fridays and Tuesdays, especially Fridays. all new stuff on the tables for $9.

The store tried to address this issue a few months ago by putting cones out, but this did not work. Now there are signs that say no parking but if nobody is there to kick them out, it will continue. It makes it a dangerous situation, especially when access-a- ride parks on the curb making people leaving the store to drive onto oncoming traffic.

Manager in Charge/Training: Andre Batts On the morning of July 3rd, I experienced severe unprofessionalism, profiling, and public shaming from the cashier at Register 10. While waiting for the customer ahead of me to resolve a membership issue, I politely asked the cashier to ring up two specific items first. The cashier loudly and aggressively responded, shouting, "ARE YOU USING FOOD STAMPS? IS THIS YOUR FIRST TIME USING FOOD STAMPS?" in a manner explicitly meant to shame me in front of a crowded pre-holiday line.Following this, the cashier began yelling at me and my young daughter regarding how we placed items on the conveyor belt. Despite the previous customer not even returning to the line yet, she aggressively rushed my child, stating: "Now hurry and place the small items on the belt and stop giving me an attitude." My daughter was visibly shaken and nervous by this treatment. As a loyal BJ's member for nearly a decade, I have never experienced this level of hostility. The Manager in Training, Andre Batts, is failing to supervise and train staff to treat members with basic human dignity. I request that this cashier be disciplined, store leadership be retrained on professional conduct.

It is a wholesale dealer that sells something that did not sell well in other stores at a nice discount. Some of the items are imperfect products. I love to go in here and walk around for an hour seeing what "treasures" I can find. They have parking lot. One thing to note another reviewer mentioned: The ceilings are leaky. so look up before buying ‍ steer clear of buckets if you can get past these things and have it not bother you in favor of a deal, it's an ok store. It's huge! Some of my best things purchased in here tend to be home decor items personally. They sell 1$ ornaments for the holidays. My favorites are my curtains for my apartment. I also love that they have 5-6$ throw pillows. I constantly come around to replace bathroom rugs and shower curtains and this is the best place to find things that are of good quality on a deal. Think of the things you 100% need but like don't want to spend a fortune on. NWL has your back there. They have a large section of cleaning products which sells things like 5$ Lysol spray and stuff you prob already buy but pay a lot more for. Reminds me of like pergament or even Bobby's. The service is ok you have to be mindful when you are ringing items up that they won't overcharge you - I'm sure they don't intend to but sometimes there are so many items the prices on the tags aren't always updated correctly.

Then go directly to the boxes near the store's exit. The trick is to shut the kiddie seat and then scan 3 boxes as soon as you come in - two the long way and then one boc perpendicular to the two. Then shop, scan and put it in the box. After you moderately fill the 3 boxes (so you don't strain yourself putting it in your car after you leave) go back and get 3 more boxes to put on top of the bottom 3. After you finish shopping go to the weighing stations to the left of the cashiers, scan your cart and then the scanning cart to the right of the scale. There will be a ding and a green sign above the sccale - then move to the screens straight ahead and scan the screen. You are done. Now return the laser to the box and just pay with your credit card.
