He then just walked away and said, I cannot help you. I know you may think that I was rude to him, but I am really a very nice person. Do not need this kind of rudeness in my life.

I was mostly happy with the Durango, except there were still some bug remnants on the grille. The Silverado turned out STUNNING on the outside - the scratches were totally gone and the paint looked brand new. The big problem was he hadn't touched the interior. The inside really needed it too. This was a birthday present for my Mom, and I gave her a half clean truck. The bed also still had pine needles and debris in it. When I asked Doug about this, he told me paint correction is $300 and does not include the interior. I was never told this fee was for exterior paint only. Miscommunication. He did offer to return the following week to clean the inside, which I told him was a gracious move and that most people don't care about doing the right thing but by offering this, he clearly cares about his company and leaving the client happy. He never returned and ghosted us after my last communication to him telling him he actually cares about his clients. I guess I was wrong. The bottom line is, he obviously knows what he is doing with paint repair. We are thrilled with that aspect, but $360 later and no explanation, I feel a bit robbed.

Asking why I was shaking the door the sign on the door says 10 PM closed. It was 9:30 PM and he was curious on why we were having a conversation. At 930, when it says close at 10, he says he leaves it 10, but the sign on the door says closes. At 10 website, says closing soon in a 1/2 an hour. Yet can't get any service would not recommend this place. Either they got to change the sign to whenever they lock the front door why the advertisers open till 10 PM? And it's close at 930 makes no sense to the customer.

When we finally were able to get gas we learned why-these pumps were uber slow filling up our tank. Hubby actually did end up going in to grab a snack. I stayed behind in case the tank filled before hubby was back. It was a tie/ hubby and the tank. But he did get a yummy brekie sandwich when he was inside. Based on other posts/ we will need to check out the coffee next time. Can't tell you the last time we bought coffee at a station- but I'm gonna trust the yelp family. Maverik is our favorite last-chance stop on our way back home. They had everything I needed. My phone mount broke, and I'm so glad they had a few to choose from. I also needed some dill pickles (J get car sick but for some reason these fix it. Don't judge me.) We also needed some good protein, and I'm so glad they had an ample selection of jerky, nuts, and even some bean dip that went well with the chips we already had. The staff was so sweet helping me checkout. The store is super clean, and it was a really positive trip. I'm so glad that we could fill up on gasoline and get our road trip items all in one stop right off the highway.

SCORE! The older gentleman who did the recert and filled my tanks also taught me something about how to measure the levels bc the gauges are often wrong. Super rad - always appreciate helpful tips.
