Daniel and his team went above and beyond to help me get my mother back home from the Airport. Long story short, another Car Service company cancelled on me while my mother was two hours out from landing. Crazy.. I know. I scrambled to find another Car Service company who could help me out on such short notice and Daniel and his team at Hawaii Car Service made it happen. Their professionalism and attention to detail was phenomenal, especially given they had done us a huge favor in getting a car to the airport on such short notice. My mother let me know the Mercedes Sprinter van was very nice and clean. Tran, her driver, was very professional and welcoming. This place is a rip off, they forgot to pick us up from our hotel. When i called to find out what happen they where extremely in apologetic. They charged us $340 return which never came through. So they offered a refund of half which is the least they could offer I feel. So when I reviewed them I gave a 1star for there service. So that same day as you can see on my photo they deduct 3 x 247$ out of my Visa card. So I will let you decide they level of service they offet read more

I used Hawaii Car service for my wedding day transportation. Researching other big companies, I read a lot of reviews of wedding parties being picked up late or things happening with the vehicles like no A/C..So I searched and searched and came upon this company. They didn't have a TON of reviews, but they were all positive. I reached out and from the initial inquiry, I received great customer service. The night before the wedding, I received a confirmation text from the driver who would be picking up the party to be dropped off at our venue. They were aware of all the road closures, which I was worried about the whole trip. The day of the wedding, the driver arrived on time and we were even running late. We traveled to Honolulu, HI from San Diego on 1/3/2017. It was my job to get the 4 of us from the Honolulu Airport to the Halekulani Hotel and back. I searched for a limo service and finally came upon Hawaii Car Service. I found excellent reviews on Yelp so I decided to take a chance and book this service. I am glad I did. We were met at the Honolulu Airport in the baggage claim area by a friendly greeter who showed us the way to our SVU. It turned out to be a brand new, black, Cadillac Escalade. This car was immaculate with probably the cleanest windows I have ever seen. We then met Kevin who would be our driver. He was so professional and polite that we couldn't have asked for anything more. Then, to welcome us, he presented us with a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts that we snacked on during the ride to the hotel. I have ridden with a lot of drivers but Kevin was probably the smoothest and best driver I have ever ridden with. Leaving the hotel on January 8, 2017 I had scheduled to be picked up at 1:00 PM. As usual, the checkout time was 12 noon and there we sitting around the Halekulani waiting for 1:00 to come. I sent a quick text to Kevin and sure enough he could pick us up early. I doubt that you can find any better car service than Hawaii Car Service in Honolulu. Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with and I won't hesitate to use them on my next trip to Honolulu. read more

I couldn't have asked for more from my experience with Hawaii Car Service. Kevin was our driver and he was helpful, personable, and polite. Although I can walk and stand, I have mobility limitations and had to use a wheelchair at the airport because it's quite a trek from the gate to baggage claim and beyond. Kevin was right there at baggage when we arrived and was unfazed by my temporary "wheels." He got us to our hotel with ease, sharing bits of history and info about various sites along the way. He brought refreshments for us, too, which were greatly appreciated! The return trip at the end of our visit was also a breeze. I'm sure that trying to taxi it would have been miserable in comparison. If you're lucky enough to be headed to Honolulu, I promise that Hawaii Car Service will add an extra dose of special to your stay. read more

Firstly, I'm from Australia & he was extremely fast responding to emails which made it so much easier to arrange our wedding transportation. He kept in regular contact which was great & even liased with our wedding coordinator for us. He is professional, courteous, warm & friendly! He went above & beyond what we asked of him & even sent us a lovely email a few days after the wedding just to see how things were going. He was very informative & pointed out many sites along our journey to the wedding. Being from Australia where we don't tip, it was a welcomed change that the price actually included the gratuity. I rarely do reviews but this company was amazing! I booked them for an airport pickup and drop off for a family of five in Waikiki. Once we arrived they found us right away and took care of all the bags and luggage. The driver was very professional and polite. I asked him if he could stop at a market to pick up some snacks and food, He said no problem and took us to a nice market so we could stock up on goodies before getting to the hotel. I was so pleased with their service I booked them to take us to the other side of the island for our family excursion. First class service with the Aloha vibe! How does a car service just not... show... up???? I scheduled a pick up for four actors to ensure that they got to the airport in time. Car never showed. I called the company 11 times... no answer. I emailed 3 times... no response. TO THIS DAY.... NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY! No apology. No reason given for the no show. So, sure... go ahead and use them if you are comfortable with this sort of "service" I did notice that they sure were quick to run that credit card, though. I had family coming into town to celebrate my father's birthday this past week. We used Kevin and Hawaii Car Service 3 times while they were here and all 3 times we could not have been happier with his service. The first time we used Hawaii Car Service was to pick up 6 family members from the airport and drive back to Kailua. Kevin was prompt and the communication was great. He met my family in baggage claim and flawlessly delivered them to Kailua in a beautifully kept black SUV. He offered Hawaiian chocolates and bottled water during the trip to Kailua. Two days later, we used Hawaii Car Service to drive 8 people to the Royal Hawaiian for a special birthday dinner. This time, we used the Mercedes Sprinter. The car was just perfect and extremely clean and comfortable. Kevin's communication was outstanding and never made us feel rushed. The next day, we used Hawaii Car Service to drive 10 people up to the North Shore for sightseeing and lunch. Once again, we were transported in the Mercedes Sprinter. Kevin was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and provided us with outstanding customer service. Although we found ourselves enjoying our lunch a little too much and going over the time we expected to be there, Kevin never pressured us to leave before we were ready. All I can say is that if you are looking for a car service on Oahu, look no further then Keven and Hawaii Car Service. Our daughter's flight had been delayed and it meant that she would arrive at about 2:45am, traveling to the University of Hawaii by herself for the first time. We decided to go with the car service to try to relieve this stressful situation for her. I called and spoke with Kevin (on of the owners) and he was very kind and understood our concern. They took my cell number as well as our daughters and communicated with us through the airline's delay. I got a call from Kevin when our daughter arrived letting me know that her plane had landed and he was going to be the driver and he would make sure she got to the University safely.
