Prices are $15-$18 depending on the day. Brayson was our tour guide & gave an interesting overview of the history of Sprecher & beer/soda making so you can enjoy your drink better armed with the background knowledge. You can also skip the tour & freebie glass & just get the tastings for $10, a fantastic deal. Drink: I loved the non alcoholic beer. The best NA beer I've had. I would describe it as having a complex flavor profile with something vanilla like. The 2 other beers I tried were ok, good, not great. I'm mostly sugar free on the weekdays, minus the sugar I use in cooking so the sodas were way too sweet for my very personal taste. I liked the maple root beer the best. Food: The pretzel is gigantic, so fun & great for sharing. Extremely delicious. Pillowly goodness with mustard dip & cheese dip, both yummy. Service: Great tour, great bartender & service. Don't forget to have some cash for the tip jar. Ambiance: It's a casual bar setup. Pro tip: You must get the pretzel. I will be back for this & the non alcoholic beer.

An interesting tidbit: the company developed its root beer as a way to entertain the kids of adults who were enjoying the alcoholic beverages. Definitely, definitely, definitely do the tour. Check Groupon for potential deals. The tour includes a couple of free alcohol tastings and all the non-alcoholic beverages you care to enjoy.

I have been going to the Oktoberfest event, next to the restaurant for years. Since new management took over, it has grown increasingly worse. The authentic flavor has lessened and staff is dismissive and rude. This year, the bierhaus advertised discounted admission and a free beer if you downloaded and paid on their app. That is what I, and several friends did. We received the discounted admission but when we wanted to redeem the beer, staff said that the internet server had crashed due to all the people logging on, and they could not redeem anything. Many people were inside, expressing annoyance as to why there was no back up method. Like a paper voucher or a log of the people who had purchased online. We spoke with the restaurant manager, Anissa Klein, and the insolence was unbelievable! She appeared very irritated and said there was nothing to be done, and that it was "just a free beer". She said that she did not want people to come back and try to redeem the voucher. I assured her that we would not come back and that we were with people from out of town. She then called the owner of the restaurant to speak with us. After waiting a significant time, he burst through the front doors exclaiming, "Who wants to yell at me?" This was very bizarre and our one friend spoke with him, but to no avail. At that point, we had wasted time following up with an establishment that clearly does not value their patrons. I have worked in the restaurant and service industry and was flabbergasted about how this simple issue was not handled and the lack of apology. Nothing was does to quell our dissatisfaction, it was very unprofessional and ... strange!

Wasn't sure exactly where to park but opted for the 2nd floor of the structure since that's where the office is. Easy enough to figure out how to find the office. No one was at the front desk when I stopped in, but after a few minutes, the receptionist showed up and brought me to my coworking space. It was empty though it looked like there were 2 permanent desks that may be occupied more often. One had a mug with old coffee or tea in it so not sure how often they stop in or the place is cleaned. It was quiet enough and served my purposes for the afternoon. Plus, it's centrally located to the mall and plenty of restaurants and Trader Joe's.

I literally was in the space to work for about 15 minutes and had to leave to find internet access at a local coffee shop. The app on my phone never worked. When I complained I was told the tech support team was in the Phillipines so it would be several weeks before they could help me. When I tried to cancel my agreement they charged me for two months of service. The GM of the location gave me the run around for several days and finally told me I had to cancel online. I did... they charged me for another month of service. In total I paid $200 for 15 minutes in a cold, loud, windowless space with no internet, and rude employees. Easily the worst experience I've had in a long time.
