A welcome break after more than a month in the hospital with my new baby ...I was so grateful the owner went out of her way to make sure I could make what I hoped to make, despite being a late sign up. Thank you!! As a non-artsy person, this was not overly difficult, fun, and quick!

They have a grapefruit mint candle that is natural and smells refreshing, and I wanted to get that again. When we arrived, it was about 20 minutes prior to closing, but we decided to go in for a quick looksee. I pay attention to customer service and if the vibe is welcoming and this visit it was NOT! We did not get a hello or welcome. When paying for my candle, the owner said hello, my total, and asked me to punch in my card pin. Honestly, it felt as if we were stepping on toes for entering their shop close to closing. We weren't the last customers in the shop, and we were left the store 10 minutes prior to closing. When we left, the owner immediately ran outside and pulled in her sign and closed the door. My friend and I both talked about how unwelcomed we felt, and unfortunately, we decided we will not be coming back here. It has nothing to do with the items inside the shop, but it is a crummy feeling when you want to support a small business but are left feeling rushed and unappreciated.

I actually bought myself some earrings and a necklace and then some adorable decorative Easter bunnies oh yeah and a chair! What are you waiting for run! You see as a Christian, you must realize everyone is at various levels, some at the beginning step towards Christianity and a few ready to go to heaven at any time. Like Christ has told us, the path is narrow; to be Christian one must place self aside and place others first. Forgive those parishioners who discriminate for they are not fully aware of the repercussions of their sin. Let's pray for these poor souls, that they may enter into heaven. Pray for our parishioners! I must point out the great works our parish does. We have volunteers whom go out to the Milwaukee Metro area to do God's work. There are many fundraising events for our various organizations like: St. Vincent De Paul meal program, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Respect Life Committee, All Saints Meal Program and more. Our Peru sister parish, in which volunteers pay for their trip to Peru and address the Peruvians medical needs and more. Outreach provides funds frequently to various organizations. Check out our bulletin and you will see specifically where the money goes to.
