Was just recently recommended this place by a friend! The…read morevibe is amazing, peaceful, clean, and very welcoming! All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I came here about a month ago for my first prenatal massage! 10/10 would recommend! I had my service with Ruslan and if you're comfortable with a male massage therapist I highly recommend! I was able to do the belly cut out and loved it! They do a foot bath before your massage as well which I think all massage places should include! That one detail was so relaxing! The changing rooms are clean a little small but this isn't what you're here for! I've already scheduled a few more massages to get me through my last ten weeks of pregnancy and can't wait to try out some of their other amenities for a full spa day experience once I'm not pregnant!

I was really excited to try EBJ Sacramento because it seems like a one stop place for everything,…read morebut I can only speak for the specific service I booked which was the Palm and Sole massage. First, my masseuse was 30 minutes late which already threw things off. The service itself is 25 minutes which I understood going in, but it still did not feel worth it for me. The massage did not feel thorough or targeted. When they say palm they literally mean just your hands, not even your arms, which I expected. Same with the feet. I left feeling like the areas that actually needed attention were not really addressed. The experience itself felt a bit awkward overall. My masseuse was sitting down during the massage and working in a shared space where there was foot traffic and people walking back and forth. Overall I can only speak for this specific service, but for the Palm and Sole massage I personally would not recommend it.

Went yesterday for a 90 minute reflexology because I have heard great things about this place and…read morethe reviews were always good. Sadly my experience was terrible. First my person more rubbed my feet and legs than actually massage (I was really looking forward to a good foot massage after a long work week). Second when getting my back rub she talked the entire time to other co-workers and walked away 5 different times. How is anyone supposed to relax with talking. Bad enough customers coming into the place talked loud (understandably not too much the front desk staff can do) but the staff talking is ridiculous. I go to another place and have had several reflexology sessions and this was by far the worst experience. I was asked at the front how my experience was and I was honest and told the lady working and her reply was "maybe t time try a different therapist and get a Swedish massage in the room, it's much quieter". No apology about the workers talking but did say she can't do anything about the customers. I get the customers coming in and talking and honestly it was only a few and very quick. But to have full conversations when the therapist is with a client is rude and being told to have a full body massage is not the answer. I do not recommend this place and will not be going back.

You're greeted with a warm, friendly smile, and my favorite part is being asked, "What drink would you like, miss?" A complimentary glass of bubbles never hurts. The dedicated service, clean and hygienic atmosphere, and the level of care and precision are truly impressive. It's competitively priced compared to other local shops -- you might pay about $10 more, but you can't really put a price on comfort and luxury. I love it here. Keep up the great work.

I scheduled a visit a few days in advance for three people and four services and paid an $80 deposit ($20 per service) via Venmo. One person canceled that morning, but I was able to switch to a different service for myself that same day vs. losing my deposit. The two pedicures were fine. They were basic pedicures, and aside from the water initially being extremely hot, I was happy with the results. Because of the deposit, there was also no wait time. The head spa, however, was a completely different experience. This was my first head spa, so I was excited and expected it to be relaxing. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The massage was brief, and despite the menu stating that oils would be used, none were applied. During the double cleanse, the technician used her fingernails rather than her fingertips, which became painful. There was also an excessive amount of cleanser, and rinsing it out was difficult. The water temperature was extremely inconsistent--going from hot to ice cold--and water got into my ear. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was uncomfortable throughout the service. Afterward, my hair was not completely dry. When I asked for serum, I was told it had already been applied, and I had to explain that I wanted my hair fully dried and soft. Another staff member eventually finished drying it, and the end result was much better. The two services totaled $138, or $158 with a 15% tip. I shared all of this feedback with the front desk before leaving. They were receptive and said they would provide additional training. I was also told that the technician was new to the salon and has some communication issues. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns, but based on my head-spa experience, I would not return for that service. *********************************************************** FINAL THOUGHTS Making a reservation requires a deposit, but it does give you priority if there's a wait. PRO TIP: I visited on a Saturday around noon, and it wasn't busy at all. If you're coming in solo, you can probably skip the reservation and deposit. I've had two pedicures here, and the service was totally fine. No issues at all. I also clearly saw the technicians using Barbicide to disinfect their metal tools, although I didn't pay attention to where they pulled the drill bits from. Overall, the salon is CLEAN, which I really appreciate. Personally, I wouldn't get a head spa treatment here again. I was told they're having plumbing issues because the building is old and that their plumber hasn't been able to resolve the problem. However, based on my experience, I feel some of the issues were related to the technician and not just the plumbing. That said, I'd love to hear from others who have had a head spa here. How was your experience with the water temperature? Did you have a better experience with a different technician? I'd genuinely be curious to know!
