Don't go here! Pick another salon. They try and overcharge for services & they don't do very well. I would understand the prices if they actually did a good job. This is the closest salon to my house, have gone here since high school practically. And they never remembered me or made me really feel welcome at all. They always have me weird looks and say stuff I can't understand because I always came in with XL long nails that throw them off I guess. This was my final straw - I came in a few days earlier and they completely replaced & fixed 4 of my 10 nails perfectly like I asked. I come back maybe 2-3 days later asking if they can just fix the other 6 nails because I JUST CAME IN HERE like 2 days ago and got 4 NEW nails put on by YOU GUYS. This woman obviously did not understand a word I said all she asked was if I wanted a new set, I said yes because I did want a new set! I wanted a fill & a color change & repair on 6 nails! The other 4 were OBVIOUSLY NEW and VERY stuck on my nail. So what does this woman do she cuts them ALL off and then ATTEMPTS TO RIP THEM ALL OFF WITH ANOTHER ACRYLIC NAIL COMPLETELY DAMAGING ALL OF MY NAILS. She couldn't even get them all off! Worst pedicure I've ever had :( called and made an appointment for 2:30. Arrived on time, chose a color, then waited for another 10 minutes. At that point the manager walked by me and said "oh sorry I forgot about you". Another 10 mins went by before I was led to my chair, putting us at 2:50 pm. The pedicure itself was fine, my nails look ok, there was a 5 minute light pressure leg massage, and that was it. No scrub or anything. It wasn't relaxing at all. I was done at 3:15 (that is a 25 minute no-frills pedicure) and it cost FIFTY DOLLARS. FIFTY DOLLARS for 20 minutes in a chair getting my toes painted. The price list she showed me said $35, when I questioned the price she said "oh gel is $15 more". I will never be back and I'll let everyone else know what a waste of money this place is! read more

Wanted to relax with a pedicure. The lady doing my pedicure and another employee two seats over talked the entire time. No attention to detail of my pedicure was given. How can you give a pedicure without looking at the foot. As they talked with one another they would look at each other, therefore not paying attention to what they were doing. Came in today for a confidence boost and left feeling not so confident. The lady with purple in her hair worked on my nails today and it was going so good until the acrylic was put on. It felt so rushed, and was so thick. She didn't even take her time buffing them out. When it got to drying she would shove my hand towards me when it was time to switch. I was nice and didn't say anything, and just went on with the opt. Acrylics are anywhere from 35-40 dollars every-time I have gone here. Walked out paying $50 dollars. If I could give this zero stars I would. I left this salon with bloody toes. This pedicure was the worst I have ever received and will not be going back. Their tools are not the cleanest they leave them sitting in a wooden bowl and I am hoping I don't get an infection from this visit. The lady giving me the pedicure attempted to get ingrown toenails out while I was in excruciating pain and bleeding. She left my nails uneven and not completely polished. The lady rushed through me to go help another customer. When I went to pay they tried to charge me $5 extra for getting my ingrown toenails out while my toe was still bleeding when I didn't even want to pay for the pedicure all together. Worst nail salon in Sacramento--novice technicians, mgr on duty doesn't care about quality of service or customers satisfaction. Old polish that was gummy and asked for replacement and mgr.was not accommodating, in fact, RUDE. Nail person clipped cuticles so badly I have hang nails bleeding a week later. Nails catch on everything as filing was damaging. The mgr then questioned my gift certificate until I told them the person who gave it to me. Awful experience. If I could I would leave a -1 star review. Lol I made a appointment for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was basic. Wasn't offered a option which I thought was weird when I heard the lady ask someone else what kind of pedicure they wanted. Overall my pedi was fine. My full set on the other hand was AWFUL. The lady seemed like she was in a rush. I asked to do a simple design abd she took my phone and showed other co workers. I told her that if it was a problem she could do a simple color. Do not go here !! I just got a perm a few weeks ago and they did not did it curly. my hair was not curly at all, not what I wanted or asked for, my hair from the top was straight and not curly. I tried to get refund or something but they didn't want too. my mom also got a normal haircut js to make it the same size nothing crazy and they washed her hair for no reason they charged her stuff that she didn't ask for. you can't understand nothing of what they say, to make sure they don't charge you something you didn't ask for but you can't. really bad place dirty looks bad service. idk about the nails but for sure do not get a perm done in this place. read more

My experience nearly matches a few other yelp reviews - my 8th grade daughter got dropped off here while I was out of town to have a full set of acrylics, gel and a design - which ended up costing after tip almost $60 of her own hard earned money. As my daughter was getting her nails done the workers were coming over and watching her technician and snickering as they "admired" her nails. My daughter felt very uncomfortable and felt like they were teasing her. (Who does this?!) But what is worse - the manicure is the worst nail job I have ever seen. They are very short, extremely thick and the gel is bubbling and peeling and it hasn't even been 24 hours. My daughter paid for tips so she could have long nails and she told me the technician kept messing up and then kept cutting them throughout the process... I couldn't even tell there were tips applied. The extra $7 design looks like a kindergartner painted it on. I called the salon to speak to the owner Kim - we will see if I get a call back. I spoke to the receptionist when I called, and she clearly remembered my daughter, and decided to argue with me about my daughter's experience. Went in for a pedicure today. Hanna served me and she was amazing. Got the full meal deal (Rejuvenate/paraffin - $38) and she did an amazing job. Lasted well over an hour - scrub, leg and foot massage, paraffin treatment - really nice. Very friendly and busy shop. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning. Showed up and it was packed! I was sure they would not have held my spot and I would have to wait - NOPE! They honored my appointment and had Hanna ready to go. The only suggestion would be to have water or coffee to offer especially if you are there for one of their long treatments. Will definitely return! read more
