I had the "The Crystal Glow Experience" package just to get a taste of everything this spa has to offer. I was greeted by a very nice man at the front desk who was kind and answered any questions I had. He led me back to a private room where I got to relax and unwind in between treatments. The room had water and snacks, which is a huge bonus! I changed into a robe and slippers, and when my tub was ready I went in for a soak. You get to choose between scents. It was the perfect opportunity to just enjoy peace and quiet and solitude! I loved it! Then I went back to my room for a few minutes and had the chance to hydrate and have a snack. Then came the best part... Rebecca (who is soooo nice) guided me to a treatment room where I started with my scalp treatment. It was extremely relaxing, and I never wanted her to stop! I'd never had a scalp treatment before, but I definitely want to do them more regularly now! Then I had my facial. She asked a few questions about my skin, and was very informative when telling me exactly what she was doing. Finally, the body scrub which felt amazing! It was almost like getting a gentle massage, but then you have super soft skin afterwards! And there was a new client special, which was the cherry on top (although the prices are extremely fair to begin with)! I will definitely be back. I cannot stop thinking about this place! If you are on the fence, you will not be disappointed!

The massage therapist used a mix of fingertip presses and long strokes that was different than some other deep pressure massages I've had, but incredible relaxing and never painful. The massage room was lovely with warm ambient candlelight, music, and a sturdy well-cushioned massage table that I loved. I also thought the therapist was a great communicator before and throughout the massage. The robe they gave me was a little worn and well loved, that's the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars. But overall, I definitely recommend this place, especially for folks in larger bodies.

As luck would have it, Beautycology popped up on Yelp when I was searching around and I was intrigued with all of the great reviews (including the blocked ones). The website linked to Groupon so I decided to book a hydrofacial for an awesome deal. I was also thrilled to see that Beautycology exclusively features Lira Clinical, which is a plant-based, cruelty-free skin care line made in the USA. If you've never experienced a clinical facial you're in for a real treat with Irish Rivero. Her medical background is a big plus as she is clearly knowledgeable with skin and has a real passion for her work. She customizes each facial to your individual needs and does a great job of explaining each step of the treatment and what product she is using, which I appreciate. Because she's a one woman operation in a small commercial suite, it's a very relaxing experience and one that I thoroughly enjoyed. Irish is so friendly and welcoming! I've had many facials from countless estheticians, including five star spa resorts, and was really impressed with the hydrofacial I received here. My skin has been absolutely glowing since my treatment and feels incredibly soft. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beautycology to someone wanting a fantastic facial and plan to be back very soon for another treatment.

Im a bit of a perfectionist so nails that are rough or uneven or have small imperfections literally drive me crazy and have me ripping off nails prematurely. But finding Pam who is also a perfectionist and an artist is what I needed. Overall the shop is something I look forward to as my pampering/luxury experience for hands or feet. I love my mimosa I get and just the whole experience from beginning to finish. The team is so welcoming and I always feel so pampered when I come! But again Pam. I asked to do square white dip powder and my nail tech wasn't willing to do what I wanted. I got a mani and pedi and my pedi turned out great. The lady was super sweet and provided great service. My manicure tech first told me she wouldn't cut down my nails shorter after I had asked her to which she responded "it'll look ugly". I understand for specific nail shapes like almond a specific length is required to achieve that look but not for square. I then told her about how my family owns nail shops and she proceeded to make a comment about how it's a chop shop based on its location. In any circumstance when is it ever appropriate to make that comment?? This salon is nice and it is on the pricier side but the service does not meet the price point. I had multiple witnesses as well who can attest to these comments since I went with my friends. My square shape also came out wide, bulky, and ugly. I had to refile and reshape themselves. I can't speak for everyone but that was my experience at Blush and I won't be back.
