Super friendly, professional, and accommodating. I initially reached out via yelp message for a quote. Our mini fridge broke yesterday so we were looking to remove it from our apartment. After getting a quote and messaging back and fourth, Myrtle called me back after I left a voice message. She helped schedule my pick up for tomorrow. I was impressed that they actually broke down shelves and cabinets so they could fit more things in the load. They kept loading things and I thought the truck was almost full but when I looked in the truck, it was only 1/4 full! They loaded everything in like a puzzle so they could maximize the space. We used Yelp to find a company to remove our old queens sized mattress, wooden bed frame and drawers from the 2nd story of our home. Only 30 min after putting in the request, I got a call from the office to schedule. They tried to accommodate our schedule as much as possible. The first date we asked for wasn't available at the time we needed, but we were out on a waiting list. They sent me an email to confirm my appointment with all the details of my request. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Right from the very beginning the communication was top notch! I had requested a quote on Yelp and they got back to me right away. I had also received quotes from other companies but their communication was not on point as it was with Myrtle. Carlos is a such a friendly guy to talk to. I did not know what to expect when I asked him to deliver a truck load of broken concrete masonry unit for FREE. In the process of delivery he ran into cell phone hub malfunction but he used his friend's phone to keep me informed and rescheduled. Finally he made the delivery at 5 p.m. when no one home available to receive it. I would expect Carlos dumped those broken cmu in a messy pile in the front yard because of free cmu and free delivery.
