My family and I had such a great experience with this Jet Ski company…read more Okay so first I have to compare this to other jet ski companies on the island and just say that this location gives you a larger space and more freedom to ride your jet ski and actually have fun all while keeping safe and following protocol. Secondly, the staff are wonderful a women named Lisa (owner) , and a young man named Chris were incredibly helpful and kind. I appreciated there fun laid back attitude. Please be aware that they will hold a security deposit fee on a card while you and your party are out riding however this fee will not be charged if the jet skis are not damaged upon return. You can ride solo here or tandem. Solo $120 and tandem $145 for 45 minutes of riding time. Out of all the Jet Ski company's on the island this one is by far my favorite, you get your moneys worth here and don't have to ride along a boring circle going 2mph. I am now recommending this company to all my friends and family for the reason stated above. If your looking for a fun time definitely hit this place up!!

It is located in a house that has been converted into a retail shop. It is quaint and unassuming. It has some major brand inventory--but the majority of its stock is clothing and accessories of their own design. They have some designs that feature a "bridge" (a nod to the nearby bridge that crosses the Anahulu River), and some designs that feature a rooster (a wink to all of those feral chickens that you see running around). You can go to their website for online shopping--but the online shop does not have all of the items available in store. Sometimes I think the term "authentic" is overused nowadays; but the shop does feel "of a place".

There were a couple things that were really cute from the Lucy Love brand; dresses were about $50, tanks were about $40 (so a little higher than the beach brands). I also saw cute Honolua dresses too, priced at around $40. My husband saw a couple things (a hat, an aloha shirt) that he liked as well. Cute stuff. Better selection than T & C (sparse). It's a rectangle shaped store, that carries mens and womens clothing, along with some footwear. Seems to appeal to shoppers in the area, since the location is in the heart of Waikiki. There were several other customers besides us. The sales people are very nice and greet you right away with a smile- she also told us about the sale. Nice setup- lots of merchandise but it didn't feel cramped though. I still miss the Aloha Tower store because that's where their extreme markdowns ended up (slight damage, but an easy fix for me, since I am handy/crafty like that).

Usually all the surf shops have the same stuff- this location had an amazing assortment of sandals for men and women, snorkel & surf supplies, hats that actually said Hawaii in a modern way, tons of different brands and I even saw Mermaid tails for little girls! I wanted so badly to support a small business during COVID but wow this was a level of unprofessionalism I have never experienced. My boyfriend and I have been trying to rent one board since Sunday and today it is Friday and we have STILL been unable to confirm our rental. I called Sunday and received a text in response to my call. They told me to text at this number for questions and reservations. I have been trying to set up my reservation ever since via text but the responses have been little to none. On Wednesday my boyfriend even e-mailed them, but it's been two days and still no response. Their main phone number just goes to voicemail, so then we tried to call the phone number we had been texting but someone answered saying "you have the wrong person", even though hours later they would respond to my text with the same number. We were really excited to stand up paddle board this week but now we won't be doing it anymore. I'm very disappointed. The communication was seriously the most unprofessional I've ever experienced. All I wanted was to rent one board. I don't know why they're not interested in doing so, or it's fine if they are not able to but they should have communicated that to me instead of leaving me on read on and off for the last 5 days.
