I have had such great results with my weight loss, I am now working on lifting and tightening with Morpheus8 while the Pico laser is helping to break up all my sunspots. The sight, smell, and sound of the spa immediately draws you in. After settling in, I had the most amazing Salt Facial at Honolulu Spa & Wellness with the owner. I do not get facials regularly because I tend to leave the salon with sensitive skin that's all blotchy and red from the chemicals that were used. But getting a Salt Facial is so much different! No chemicals were used and the results were amazing. The salt used is a natural antibacterial and antimicrobial agent so my skin was not irritated one bit in the process. I learned this is one of the few places offering this service, so definitely take advantage of them having this service. The procedure started by cleansing my face and neck first. Then the Salt Facial followed with her using a wand that used all natural sea salt resurfacing to prep my skin for the next stages. I thought it was going to hurt for some reason , but it didn't at all and just felt like a deep exfoliation. I then had an aesthetic ultrasound to nourish and increase circulation of my skin, which helped whatever she used to get deeper into my skin. The next step was where I could really feel the treatment doing its job, and that was the LED light therapy! I did that for a couple of minutes and could feel my skin getting its natural glow back. The last part of my experience here was a hydrating face mask that I didn't even know I needed. The whole process felt so fast but gave such great results. My skin feels brighter and tighter, especially around my under-eye and cheeks where I felt like my skin was sagging a bit. I could just feel my skin was softer and had reduced the bumpiness in some areas that were affected by acne in the past. All in all a great experience and a facial I recommend to anyone that wants a natural approach to getting one. I am sensitive to chemicals and often left waiting for results after a couple of days, but with the Salt Facial results were immediate. Try it for yourself and thank me later that you did!

This was only my second time visiting the office for dysport touch up/follow up. During the…read moreappointment I was told I would need an additional 24 units(4 of which would be complimentary). So I was sure to clarify 20 additional units at $5 a unit. Total around $100(yes I did clarify $100). To which the injector said yes. When I walked to the front to pay I was told 3x that price, over $300. Obviously I was shocked and objected, but I was met with a condescending tone. I was told that there must have been a misunderstanding on my part and that I was told Botox units. Even though I was Sure I clarified the dose and pricing prior to injection. The women continued to repeat herself over and over in a rude manner stating there was nothing she could do and that technically I was given $5 a unit but for 60 units not 20. So beware they dose in Botox units no matter which product they provide to you and even if you clarify the price and dosing they will change it on you before you check out. This is deception marketing. This strategy is to confuse you and require you to do the math at bedside to figure out your actual cost. Huge disappointment. Extremely embarrassing situation that they exploited. This is suppose to be a treat.

My pre-op appointment with Kristine was extremely thorough--she carefully reviewed both pre- and post-operative instructions and took the time to answer every question, which made me feel confident and completely prepared well ahead of surgery. Immediately after that visit, Laura emailed me everything we discussed in clear, detailed written form: pre- and post-op instructions, prescriptions to pick up in advance, check-in times, and all logistical details. There was truly no room for confusion. I felt fully prepared weeks before my procedure even took place. On the day of surgery, the care continued to be outstanding. Ana and Char made me feel calm and comfortable from the moment I arrived--everything from letting me choose my music in the operating room to making sure I was warm and at ease. In recovery, my PACU nurse, Tricia, was wonderful. She ensured I was comfortable, monitored my vitals closely, confirmed transportation details, and made the entire recovery process feel smooth and reassuring. Dr. Ching was exceptional throughout the experience. He checked in with me beforehand, answered all of my questions, and during the procedure itself--done under local anesthesia--he calmly walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Today is my first day post-procedure, and I feel completely fine. I didn't even need to take any of the prescribed pain medication.
