She was able to clear my skin issue immediately and prescribed me with a regimen to clear my acne which has worked wonderfully! As for payment, the consult is $150 no matter what. However, Dr. Gill and her husband, Shad (who's the receptionist), assist you in creating a form to send to your insurance for reimbursement, and it was a breeze for me. Person that called to reschedule my appointment today said they didn't have an appt. for my husband, only for me. I tried to explain that on our last visit, Dr Fancher asked receptionist to book my husband and I together. Which turns out that wasn't done. Receptionist kept interrupting while I was explaining that husband recently renewed his referral. She said they haven't received it. I finally told her to listen, finally she acknowledges that they did receive the referral but that it was wrong because referral is for Dr Fancher instead of the Hawai'i Dermatology Center. But no one notifies the primary or the patient. ‍My husband would have come to the appointment and there wouldn't have been anything scheduled. BTW.
