When I went upstairs to her studio she welcomed me the same when I first met her. Very kind, professional, genuine, caring individual. She has that aura that not many people posess. She is very knowledgeable about skin, products, ingredients, and treatments. I have very sensitive skin, even light exfoliants can irritate and burn my skin. I'm also very acne prone after facials. Despite this, she was able to customize my facial and select exfoliants and peels tailored specifically to my skin condition. I did not experience any irritation during the treatment or acne flare up after the treatment and felt incredibly clean and rejuvenated afterward. It's been almost a week since my facial, and my skin still feels clean, hydrated, and radiant. Even during the appointment, I really enjoyed the ambiance and the calming background music she chose. Waited 45 minutes with no update and finally went up to the front desk to see if maybe they missed checking me in or something. The girl gave me a short "we are backed up" answer and told us it shouldn't be too much longer. Another 30 minutes and we were finally in a room. A total of almost 2 hours spent there with only about 25 of it in an actual room- didn't even get to chat with Foley. I understand being busy/behind, but a heads up upon checking in would've gone a long way, or even an update while waiting. We don't expect rushed service, but two hours is in the realm of ridiculous.
