I have been coming to Hawaiian Vape since the beginning on Burton, I was estactic when they came out to the west side (HazelDell), much closer to me. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, if they don't have what your looking for they can find it. I'm kind of funny with my flavors, but they have everything I would like. First I had called the shop to see if they carried my coils. The owner Vanessa was the one who answered. She went above & beyond to help me get my coils (I had previously just went to 3 other shops who had no intentions on genuinely helping me solve my issues or get me the right coil!) & she helped me come up with solutions to all the issues I was having!!! I then went into the shop to get my coils that they were nice enough to hold THE LAST 2 they had in shop for me!!! The shop was really nice, great vibes, & super chill & knowledgeable employees! They really care about the vape community & I learned a whole lot of valuable information along with tips & tricks from them. From the moment I walked into this store I was greeted and helped like I was family. Not just another customer. Not only did they show me good deals, they listened to what flavors I liked and would recommend flavors in that same family that they thought I would enjoy vaping. They took the time to present different products and gave me their recommendations as to what they thought I would enjoy. Needless to say. Fix your hours on Yelp. It closes at 9 NOT AT 10 like it is falsely advertised here on Yelp.. I totally just smashed to your location on 99th when I could've gone to the burton location which actually is open til 10, only to find out this place closes at freaking 9 and now no one gets juice tonight, so that's cool. So after breaking the glass and backups for my avocado and beast tanks I started calling around spoke to 5 or 6 places all siad same, "can't help you etc" last call was Hawaiian Vapor on 99. I call and same deal, no luck oooh spares. At this point I'm already smoking cigarettes again I tell the employee on the phone. He said come down you use one of my tanks. I was a little taken back, either I'm just not accustomed to people being unconditionally generous and humble or I've just become so familiar with the status quo of human behavior, its tendencies to stray from truth. I told him I really can't buy another, he told just to stop in. Once I got there it was packed w mellow and sweet people. I wound up leaving with a brand new tank. Tossed the smokes.
