Just moved up here from California where are a thousand vape shops all competing for a slice of the pie.... We were a little worried that there wouldn't be any good vape shops by our new house, but lo and behold, Erupted is less than a 5 minute drive from us and there selection is very good. They've got a bunch of big product lines like Naked, Kilo, Daze, as well as a bunch of smaller juice companies. I really hate to do this about an otherwise decent shop but for the disrespectful little bitch with the green hair and the punk behind the cash register who I had to deal with. Maybe they thought it was OK to be smart ass rude and disrespectful since I'm old and I don't matter? Well my money has as much value as everybody else's money but they won't ever get any of my money again. Their behavior was inappropriate. I wanted to give a rebuildable a try (RTA), and never had any experience with building one. Nobody sells these anymore. Not only did they have one to sell me, but the guy (I think it was Justin) walked me through the entire process- taking about an hour just to help me. Anyone willing to take that kind of time to help a single customer has my business for good. Highly recommended shop. read more

I've bought 2 vapes here and in both instances they stopped working right after the month was up and they refused to help. The first instance I got a replacement from China and went through the whole process without assistance. The second I decided no longer to do business with them. Not sure I will have issues elsewhere, but they obviously don't value the customer or the fact they have repeated issues with the devices they sell. There's multiple vape shops and I would recommend you go there. I went to one before I cane into this one and they said they would have taken it back, so they will get my money now and referrals. read more

I bought a vape pen here in august that stopped working in December ( 4 months of use ) and when I returned the vape with its original box, parts and receipt in hand the guy working there 12/20/22 was very quick to write me off saying it's been over 1 month so he doesn't have to do anything for me. I couldn't believe how rude he was. I didn't ask for my money back and didn't come at him with any bad attitude or anything like that and the guy was so quick to shake his head no , I've bought vapes from fat boy vape that had gone out 6 months to a year later and they still swapped it out for a new one because they actually know how to keep customers coming back but foolishly I thought I'd give erupted Vapor a try on mill plain next to Walmart but one things for sure. I'll never return to them again. Know I see why they never have any business. 7 days a week that place is empty. Hopefully they close it up and won't have a chance to scam other people I'd advise people to steer clear of this place for your vaping needs. The first time I stumbled upon this vape shop was more or less of an on-the-fence decision I made. At the time, I wasn't sure whether or not if I wanted to go inside because back then, I had an eGo pen that was more of a casual thing. I just wanted new juice. There was no pressure and the guy at the front desk helped me out. Granted, I went at 10pm (they stay open until 11pm!) and it was super causal and chill, but still. Loved it. Went on a busy day a few months ago, I felt overwhelmed and pressured because of the experienced vapers that clearly knew alot and I was a beginner to mods at the time. Didn't help that it was crowded and hazy. Nope. Never again. I'm an introvert most of the time and almost had an anxiety attack. Recently went on a slow night after work, around 10pm. Dead quiet. Two guys working, happy to see me. Just wanted some new coils. Painless transaction. Will definitely only come back at past 9pm... No pressure, get to chat, talk about e-liquid. Awesome. read more

Cozy atmosphere and a solid selection. The staff is friendly and ready to offer selections based on what you like. The only downside I noticed is some minor housekeeping issues. The bottles I purchased had a thin layer of dust settled on top, and the establishment as a whole could do with either a coat of paint or a good sanding. Neither of these detract from the quality of the service, products, or pricing though. All in all a good place to get gear and juice, and would be a killer hangout spot with some elbow grease. read more

The customer service here sucks. When I first started, I was trying to quit smoking and needed to go up to 6mg to stop cravings. When I asked the worker said "No way, you want to go down not up!" Honestly, if there were a store around with better selection of juice, I would never enter again. EVERYTIME I go into the store, the employees are vaping and they just kind of look at you and wait for you to speak first. They all look very young and inexperienced. I hope the owner sees this and addresses the lack of professionalism at his store. read more

This place is right around from my house and open late - 11PM. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they always have what I need in stock. I got sold on the "One Off" brand and love it so much I haven't switched in months - definitely recommend. read more
