Bought several things there half the time they weren't what was advertised. Bought a auto oil burner smoker the piece that heats up.was broken took it back they said they call.several days later got a piece replaced after I had to run clear to other store. Still didn't work . They said they check it out again call said it works .it didn't. Don't buy anything from them they won't guarantee it like the manufacturer says .gonna take em to court and call the state about there licensing. read more

Jiffy mart has great prices on many popular items like Kratom and paraphernalia. The service really sucks. The girls that work there have amazing poor attitudes. Usually its indicative of poor management. I think thats the case with this place. The owners are from another country where there are alot of scams and scandalous activitys. I wont say where they are from to ensure this doesnt get censured. But yeah the employees act as though they would rather you not bother them and are not afraid to show you their disdain for making them work. Jiffy Mart has a variety of vaping products and smoking accessories for great prices, however the service is less than desirable. First we were told they were out of a battery we needed for a vape we were going to buy, but that their other location had it. We drove all the way to Salmon Creek only to find that they did not have it. The employee at the Salmon Creek store told us to drive to Hwy 99 because she knew that they had it. Unbelievable. We ended up buying the battery somewhere else and going back to Jiffy Mart to buy the vape at the low price. When we went to check out, the cashier could not figure out how to split up the transaction between a visa gift card and cash, and it took about ten minutes at the counter. Through all this I was still patient, until two days after, my vape started leaking everywhere for no apparent reason. I took it back to Jiffy Mart where the manager Yulissa said there are no returns or exchanges which I then noticed was displayed at the counter. This was not made clear verbally at the time of purchase and was not displayed on the receipt. She said I could leave it there for someone to "look at" tomorrow but that it, "wasn't their fault if I put it together wrong." I explained to her that my boyfriend put his exact same model together the same way and that clearly mine was defective. She was so incredibly rude to me I could not believe it. She immediately had an attitude and made me feel like I was stupid. Worst customer service experience ever. The only reason I may go back is for some low priced items and to get product advice from Jose, the one employee that had any product knowledge at all and was actually helpful. read more
