I brought this to their attention. The next treatment was worse. We now have vast brown areas in our lawn except it is nice and green in areas where they could not drive the spreader. No one else in our proximity has such a brown lawn. Yes we have been watering.

They do it without any drama in excuses. No return fixes were necessary. Then a few days later they abruptly contacted me as if they'd not stopped nor there was any delay. They agreed to the previously quoted cost. I figured I'd give them a chance and scheduled a day late in the afternoon per their request. I had to take time off work to be at home that day. I texted them when I got home and they said ok. Just over an hour later they did not want to come out at all and wanted to schedule me for the next day. I told them no, I had to make up time at work and I was busy that weekend. They never contacted me back.
