Update on 5/2/26 came back to this dealership and service area for service on my Fiat and Xavier was so amazing to help me answer all my questions and he fixed everything that needed fixing. And then Xavier's manager helped me understand more about my gear shifter. Thank you service department for having wonderful hard working and knowledgeable and kind staff. Then I went to the express oil change service station and Adrian assisted me and took great care of my car for the oil change and topped off everything I needed (coolant and windshield wiper fluid is what they top off) and added air to my tires after a long cold winter. Oil change is $135. Free popcorn and hot beverages and water while you wait along w vending machines. And Miss Lovely Erica at the sales department was super nice too! She looks out for customers and has their best interest in mind still after 8 years. She made fresh popcorn for customers to enjoy while waiting for the oil change. Thank you Hawk! The staff make the place and thank you for hiring such dedicated staff. And they play 80s music, the gold standard across the world :) Only thing I would ask ... please update the sofa and chairs at the express oil change service area. I understand it's happening very soon but the sofas are lumpy and cloth which is not easy to clean as it absorbs dust and odors... vinyl cushioned single seaters and love seats would be amazing ... just my personal preference like the ones at airports bc they are durable and easy to clean and don't lose their bounce. Then the high round tables and chairs are fine as they can be cleaned easily but the height to chair ratio is too short for petite people like me and once I sat on the chair I feel like my chin is almost hitting the table so please have taller chairs so people like me can enjoy the table. Signed contract on 05/6/26 to secure purchase, plates transferred and insurance notified. I noticed a $2550 difference between the listing and contract sale price. On Friday 05/08/26, I questioned this, they refused to honor the listing price. On Saturday, 05/09/26, they lured me in, wrongfully repossessed the vehicle, and engaged in fraudulent spot-delivery practices. I had my copy of the contract in the vehicle. They removed everything out of the vehicle without my permission and failed to return my copy of the signed contract. I just so happened to have a copy of the sale, receipt, and registration. In addition, they failed to comply with the return of my down payment. Legal action is pending. The attorney general office has been notified. RUN FAST!!!! BEWARE read more

Disappointing car shopping experience. The price I was quoted multiple times via email was not honored when I arrived at the dealership. The "new" vehicle was also being used as a demo. They also claimed my vehicle needed new tires when valuing the trade-in, which is not the case. After leaving the dealership, two different people reached out asking why I didn't make a purchase - I explained the reasons mentioned here and have yet to receive a reply. I have a list of reasons why I hate this dealership. Every other jeep dealership I've ever been to has been amazing in every way; courteous, fast work, reliable. I have been here unfortunately several times and had to lease a car with them. I made an appointment for a slow tire leak just to get there to say it's a 6 hour wait and the tech that I talked to was rude and didn't care about my appointment. Before I got this lease they had my car for weeks at a time to still not fix the issue, after paying a good amount of money for initial repairs. Take the extra time to go to any other jeep dealership. Stay away! The only positive about this dealership is Ann Marie. She's amazing. Everyone else isn't great. read more

I scheduled an oil change and confirmed a price upon bringing the car into dealer the cost went up for both oil change and tire rotation. The service assistant said that they were having pricing issues with what was published and are working to get that fixed. Just a f/u on the unprofessional dealership that I have had the horror of coming across . So the GM H. Garcia called me personally because she saw the 1st review on Yelp. (She wasnt happy) She suggested I go get an estimate to see if the issue was the trans, and if it was she would refund me back my $2000 down payment and if its not, what ever is wrong with the vehicle she would repair. So I took it to a Acura Dealership and it wasnt the trans, the car just runs bad. They did find the back brakes and tire are going out and hence the loud squeaking I hear. Anyway, emailed her the estimate to fix issues and guess what? She's been dodging me ever since. I'm not surprised though. Just more of the same UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING antics, they seem to thrive off of at this location. Just like the others I have encountered, they all seem so nice and professional initially but, it's all SMOKE AND MIRRORS. She seemed like she really wanted to resolve the issues but again all LIES. Then had the nerve to ask me to remove the original review. These terrible businesses need to be called out on their B.S. Just trying to warn the next victim, I mean customer. Buyer beware. If you're looking for insanely priced diagnostics ($1,300), a rude and dismissive service advisor and service manager, and a "master technician" that can't find well documented, known mechanical failures that have already been repaired three times before; Hawk Automotive is your place. I brought in my Jeep JLU Rubicon for a flashing "service axle locker" warning light that has been repaired three times and covered by warranty including TWO axel swaps and one Mopar sensor kit workaround at a more reputable dealership that is all over the internet due to faulty axel sensors and posted online. However, after paying $200 for an initial inspection and $100 for two days of rental car fees because they didn't look at it until the second day after making an appointment, I was told they couldn't "diagnose the problem" even though several codes were revealed and I provided them with well documented TSB notes directly from Jeep, but they needed 5-6 more hours or $1,100 to just diagnose it. Not repair it--diagnose it. So I was forced to pay a $300 bill to get my Jeep back and left with nothing but a printout stating they need more time to diagnose what other dealerships would consider an easy to find and diagnose problem. So I called a Jeep buddy who had a similar problem and swapped out the defective sensor in 25 seconds (not exaggerating, plug and play, click, click) with his aftermarket part that I guess most pre-2024 Rubicon owners have purchased from Z automotive and everything now works like new (see 4-500 videos on YouTube as well). So, if you value your time, your wallet, or your sanity--take your Jeep anywhere else but Hawk Automotive. The customer service was terrible and their inability to diagnose a well documented problem borders between incompetence or scamming you out of money. read more

I replaced the sensor in about as much time as it takes to screw in a lightbulb, yet your "master technician" couldn't find anything and needed another 5-6 hours or $1,300 of diagnostic fees including the $200 I had to pay just to recover my Jeep plus two days of rental fees on my dime. I walked away with absolutely nothing but 4-5 hours lost and a nasty headache. This is either pure incompetence or a complete scam. Stay away from Hawk Automotive at all costs! read more

Making an appointment for an oil and filter change means nothing! I went to website ahead of time to make an appointment for an oil and filter change. When I arrived I was informed that oil changes were 1st come, 1st serve and it would be a 4hr wait. The appointment is apparently to see the advisor, not for the car. I did not see that on the website, if it is there it should be more prominently displayed. That said, the people in the dealership were very nice so I gave an extra star. read more

OUTRAGEOUS DIAGNOSTIC FEES - AVOID! I brought my Fiat for service to Hawk CDJRF in Forest Park in December 2024 and was shocked to find the total bill to replace 4 spark plugs to be almost $900!! Why? Because Hawk Service charged a separate diagnostic fee for each issue they identified. This left me feeling taken advantage of and questioning their transparency and service policies. I attempted to discuss this with the service manager, but they were dismissive and unwilling to provide satisfactory explanation. I will not be returning and have decided to share my experience on different platforms for maximum visibility to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. After finding a car listed on hawks website they did not honor their own price. Then when they said they would honor the price they set we asked for transfer instructions to purchase the vehicle in full. Suddenly the price skyrocketed again. All the people we tried to work with were greasy liars. They would say one thing and do the opposite. This should be a used car lot based on the way they act. Incredibly dishonest! I was ready to purchase the car and went as far as to ask if they could deliver it for a fee. They could not deliver and could not honor any price they gave. When we wanted to pay in full the car price jumped by over $10,000. Buyer beware! This is a bad and dishonest group. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I came to the express oil change and was told there were 3 cars ahead of me. I was asked to sit on the lobby and she would come talk to me about the service. Sounded fine to me. 15 minutes later, nobody came, so I went out to inquire. No prices or services were discussed so I asked about the cost, and it was $115. The woman I talked to was more interested in grabbing a big bag of potato chips from a coworker instead of addressing me at first or explaining what services are included with the $115 (after I pressed further inside get some answers). I figured I'd have a snack during my 90 minute wait but only found paid vending machines at first. I did find a nice popcorn machine that had a few stale popped pieces and kernels in the unlit machine. I walked around the showroom and the salesperson was too busy looking in their phone to notice me. I finally approached and asked her about the advertised car special in the waiting area. She had no information, and said I'd have to walk over to the other new building to find out. Really? Your phone doesn't work? At that point I figured asking about the popcorn would be just another chore for her. I did walk over and got the information, but at this point I wasn't feeling very valued as a customer. The service did provide a video review of service in a text message, and that was pretty excellent! It was nice to hear the filter is starting to get dirty, and they will monitor it, as opposed to saying the recommend changing it now. I did find a 20% off coupon which helped. When it was done, I asked the employee who ignored me previously for chips, if the tires were rotated, and she said no because I didn't ask. I said it says online it is included, but she said it wasn't. So maybe what I got isn't the full service oil change (at a full service price) but I guess I will never know because the communication on what I was paying for was non-existent. I cannot recommend coming here because the awful counter person has no skills in explaining what I am actually paying for. read more

Where should i start. I sent my minivan to get service. I had three things done. 1. Fix the third seat. 2. AC is not working. 3. Oil change They did 2 of the three and they finding out that there is separate service fee to check the problem. My problem is that it should have been clearly stated the process. I am without a car and to find out that i need to spend more money to check the problem. I expressed my disappointment and the feedback was less. If you dont want to show empathy to user customers, then look for customers to leave. These messages on yelp are also so generic. For customers who frustrated, you want to follow up with another email. If see customers frustrated, reach out to them. Show some level that you want our business. I have loved this dealership for so long. And during the boom they were great. But now that Stellantis is having problems and the Grand Cherokee is literally the worst car I've ever purchased, they are not covering warranty issues. They tried to blame a broken dash cluster on me and now I've had to replace the console several times under warranty. As soon as it's fixed, it breaks. And so b/c it's been brought back several times, they say it must be me (not the car). The car has a reliability score in the tank. I'm looking to off load the car as soon as possible, but I'm really really disappointed in Hawk. The GM and others have always been helpful, but now the dealership with struggling economy and brand have changed. Last time my car was in a shop for a month with no loaner. (why b/c the loaners are all out with so many problems). Very disappointing and I've referred a lot of people there over the years. The service department there at Hawk Dodge Jeep Ram has become the worse. I have owned six Ram pickup trucks and used their service department for all since 2007. Any maintenance or recall issues I use this service department. I own a 2022 Ram 2500 with 57k miles with an extended warranty to 100k. After servicing my vehicles since 2007 I had a no start issue and had the vehicle towed to Hawk. I was charged $190.00 to tighten a loose nut on my starter because it wasn't covered under my warranty because it wasn't a mechanical failure of the starter. I feel as a company that has had a loyal customer over 17 years waiving that fee should've been a no issue. The customer service has been progressively getting worse over the years I just continue going because of the convenience of the location. After today Hawk Dodge Jeep Ram has lost a loyal customer. read more

I had a great experience with Cisco Rangel at Hawk Jeep. Cisco worked with me on getting the Jeep Wrangler Willys with all the add-ons I wanted, and did not pressure me to get things I didn't want. My old 1999 car's sunroof got stuck in the open position while waiting for my car. Cisco and Jesus were nice enough to give me a loaner car free of charge until my Wrangler came in from the factory.
