Customer service is their mission. My AC stopped worked after overnight storms and power failures. Due to on going storms and s full schedule of service calls, the Hawk scheduler said it would be the next day before they could get to my house. I told her I would check elsewhere as we needed the ac back on today. Several hours later the scheduler called me back to see if I had been able to get my ac fixed. I told her no, and was waiting waiting on a call back from another company. She said she could send a technician over immediately to work on my unit. I said "yes please do". The Hawk service Technician arrived shortly thereafter and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the damaged part. He said he had been using his umbrella to work during the downpours, so he could get as many service calls completed as he could . KUDOs to the dedicated staff at Hawk . I will readily use them again for my ac-heating and plumbing ( they have previously replaced a mainline water shut off at my house, with the same quality of service) needs in the future. read more

I highly recommend this company. Great Service! We recently had our sewer line replaced and we selected Hawk Plumbing. After frustration with service from other companies, my dad recommended that I call Hawk as he experienced great service when having his A/C replaced. From the first phone call the customer service was excellent. Very informative and honest about the service and what replacing a sewer line entailed. Another plumbing company, who will rename nameless, provided a round number quote at the bottom of an unexpected high bill on site. Hawk provided a full detailed quote that made more sense and were, again, upfront about all the details. Scheduling worked great for us and the project was completed as stated. Everyone we worked with from the office staff, service manager and the technicians were all very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. I would use this company again - hands down!! After having a trusted American Standard HVAC guy for over 20 years who was precise in every thing he did pass away, I didn't think I would be able to find anyone else as good as he was. Hawk installed a new heating and air conditioning unit last September in a new location in my house that improved the performance and efficiency of the old unit and Hawk was every bit as precise in the installation as my past HVAC friend right down to the taping off the mastic to provide clean and sharp lines that looked as well as it performed. The replaced unit was a 28 year old Trane. I could have just replaced the blower motor that failed but chose to replace the 7 SEER unit with a more efficient American Standard (Trane) in a more efficient location. Hawk comes through again! We had a back up issue that was a mess. Called Hawk for an appointment and was seen the same day! Jason and Cody came out. Took a look, showed me the break and gave me an estimate and told that they could fix it today. The price was very fair. They were both so professional and nice. Jason has done work at our house before so I trust him and know he's a stand up guy. We now know Cody and can say the same. They got it done and kept me updated along the way. We have used Hawk for the past 2.5 years. We also have a contract for all 3 systems to have a bi-yearly inspections. So far JR who normally services my area, has always been ready for the job, on time, very respectful and knowledgeable. The sweet lady whom normally schedules our appointments, she is also a care taker of the elderly, not only makes sure we are within the specifications of inspection which means +/- degree when the inspections are conducted, she follows up daily when we are in spec. That's customer service!! When you price out against the competition, sure they are a little bit more however we are treated like family, every-time!!! Worked with Travis/Daniel to have a whole home installation of a new AC done. They worked diligently to make sure we were completely satisfied with the install. They were very considerate in shutting off the AC in our home to install the new one during a hot day with little ones in the house, minimizing our discomfort as much as possible. Travis took the time to walk me through everything like a lay person and give me the comfort we were after. Dwayne had worked with us on the past to give us comfort in a new install and give us the right products we needed. We needed a spring maintenance check-up on a home we moved into, this past winter. I chose this company based on the reviews (we aren't on any social media neighborhood groups) and I wasn't disappointed. The guys came out, did a thorough review of the system. They were not invasive and engaged me when they needed to ask me a question or show me something. They walked me up to the attic to show me how to change the filter (as we weren't able to be with the inspector during our pre-purchase walk through) and note the issue that caused so much dirt to enter our home (and how to fix it). I walked into a flood of water on the floor mid morning. I placed a call to Hawk Plumbing. My call was immediately routed to Josh the Service Exec. He immediately found ZAC his recirculating hot water specialist and sent to my house. ZAC found the broken hot pipe in the wall. He began to isolate and validate that this would be the fix. With precision he took the sheet rock out. He worked the next several hours making sure that the pipes were replaced, the work was the solution, and the clean up as if it had never happened. From the moment Josh answered the phone after hours I knew I was in good hands. He was very professional and very detailed in explaining what he thought the leak was caused by. My home warranty sent out a plumber to fix a shower valve and the plumber tried to get valve out with a blow torch and was unsuccessful and said he would have to come back. I called Hawk and Michael came out to perform some other plumbing issues and when he heard this story and saw the disaster the other guy had left, he stayed and replaced the valve and I now have a working shower!!!! Hawk as usual provided exemplary service. Travis (tech) replaced an evaporator coil. Extremely hot in the attic but he got the job after about 3 hours.
