While service was out I was charged again for the upcoming month. I cancelled and requested refund. Just received email in June for cancelling in February that said I would get $46 back. Do yourself a favor and look into Starlink.

It looks so good and hasn't had any issues…read more I'm able to arm my home and lock my door even after I've left, or quickly turn it off if someone needs to go in. I was able to set my doors to beep when people go in and out which is perfect with kids. The video camera has privacy mode that you can set to turn off when you set your alarm and it will start to record when it hears sounds or sees motion so it's easy to see activity without scanning through a bunch of footage. Once we let the alarm go off for too long when opening a door and the kids couldn't put the code in and the monitoring company called to make sure we were ok. Thanks to Empire Security for letting me sleep comfortably knowing my family is safe, and having reliable equipment.

Since he took an interest in fixing my problem and was not pushy in replacing my alram security system, I asked him questions about his alarm security system, hardware, and monitoring services.
