On going to court some clients do not understand the lawyer bills for preparation time as well as traveling to and from court. This appears to be the misunderstanding by the client who commented that Jeff over billed a court appearance when the actual court time was about 20 minutes. She/he fails to recognize preparation time and travel time are also billed. It is important to recognize all quality lawyers prepare before court to do their best in court.

In my case, he charged me a court appearance when there was none on specified date. In his response it was an error in billing but it was actually fudging hours to match retaining fee amount. He also over charged me on court appearance. This was for the temporary order court date. I was in the courtroom less than 20 min and spent another 20 min in the hall way with him so total it was less than an hour. But he charged me 5 hours for an hour of service. This is another evidence of fudging the charges on billing. JB is not an honest lawyer and he should be disbarred.
