If you don't make the first calls through out the case they will not bother to update you or tell you even what all you need to get the case moving. Now they text break up with me saying sorry we aren't moving forward with your case because it doesn't meet our criteria for litigation ? Then why did you take me on as a client to begin with ? They told me in writing that I will be paid for every single medical bill, whether or not, I have made payments on them or not now that our case is finally over at the very end, they failed to get us all of our medical payout, and we owe about $15,000 that we were supposed to be paid. I have uploaded a screenshot from May 11, 2023 from the lawyer, stating that we will be paid for every penny for the medical whether or not we paid or not which was a Complete lie Do not use these lawyers, or you will have to hire another lawyer to go after them For malpractice You don't even want to know the rest of the issues that they have caused. Do not ever use these guys. They are the worst of the worst. With my case, An Uber driver was recklessly, driving and racing, trying to show off his fast car and the lawyers never documented that it was a negligence case and treated it as a normal accident. In the meantime, my wife and I were injured, and this law firm, did the very minimum And at the very end of things we owed $15,000 in medical bills Even after our settlement, because the lawyers screwed up so bad And did not get us the amount we were supposed to get If you use these lawyers, you will end up going into major debt And they will not care one bit This is not over, and I will be reporting them to the board. I will not drop this until I am paid every penny that is owed to me.
