RUN AWAY FAST......... These are NOT Professionals…read more I hired these guys to do my pool deck (strip, level, seal). They were nice guys, but their work was poor at most. I expected a crew of two pros to show up with the right tools and make it happen. Instead, Alex showed up with one other person, and basically showed him how to do the process on the spot. Then Alex took off, because he claimed his time was too valuable. While the worker-bee worked hard, he did a poor job of removing the original sealer, and took NO precautions to avoid getting product in my pool... They made a huge mess everywhere...!! I at the end of the day, when I saw the old sealer was still there and said i wasn't happy, Alex said the process would only be about 80% .. meaning this is the best we can do. I didn't accept this, so they made plans to return to do it again... after the second try, it wasn't much better.. So I sent paid them for the stripping job and sent them away.. I have since brought in a new Company who looked at it, and felt the say was as i did about... The new company had a 100% better policy and a 3 year guarantee. They came in and used the proper tools and process as professionals and made my patio look Brand New... which Eddie & Alex said they couldn't do... I'm not sure how Eddie and Alex are getting good reviews because they don't care about quality and getting the job right even though their prices are inline with pros that get it right... I would STAY FAR away from ever using these guys again.. they were a complete waste of money and caused me a lot of work to clean up after them...

Bill and his assistant (sorry, forgot his name) came out, made a couple of suggestions which we agreed to, and tirelessly cleared up our dock. After they were finished, we asked if they could add a few yards of rocks to our riprap, which they did. Conclusion: Very pleased with the results done by Bill and his assistant. This is such a amateur mistake, everyone knows barnicles come off easy in the water but ofer they dry they form a coral reef on the bottom of the boat. Even worse, instead of saying sorry they shouldn't have done that, the owners tried to convince us taking barnicles off is easier dry (Google and 100% of the cleaning people we talk to say the opposite). Them leaving the boat put of the water cost us nearly $5000. between cleaning and resurfacing the hull. While setting up the appointment I explained to them that this is NOT my house and although it is not my house and NOBODY will be home, the homeowner gave us permission to be on his property without anyone being there. The day of the appointment passes, matter of fact several days pass after the appointment date and no communication was sent out to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. I finally reach out to them myself and ask what the outcome was and they continue to explain to me that they went there but nobody was home. Not sure where the confusion was when I explained it just about as clear as I could and then for them to not contact me 1) while on site or 2) after they left is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend using there services as they do not handle their business appropriately. I was under the impression that I was contacted when I put this request of work out because people wanted to make money, I guess not.
