RUN AWAY FAST......... These are NOT Professionals…read more I hired these guys to do my pool deck (strip, level, seal). They were nice guys, but their work was poor at most. I expected a crew of two pros to show up with the right tools and make it happen. Instead, Alex showed up with one other person, and basically showed him how to do the process on the spot. Then Alex took off, because he claimed his time was too valuable. While the worker-bee worked hard, he did a poor job of removing the original sealer, and took NO precautions to avoid getting product in my pool... They made a huge mess everywhere...!! I at the end of the day, when I saw the old sealer was still there and said i wasn't happy, Alex said the process would only be about 80% .. meaning this is the best we can do. I didn't accept this, so they made plans to return to do it again... after the second try, it wasn't much better.. So I sent paid them for the stripping job and sent them away.. I have since brought in a new Company who looked at it, and felt the say was as i did about... The new company had a 100% better policy and a 3 year guarantee. They came in and used the proper tools and process as professionals and made my patio look Brand New... which Eddie & Alex said they couldn't do... I'm not sure how Eddie and Alex are getting good reviews because they don't care about quality and getting the job right even though their prices are inline with pros that get it right... I would STAY FAR away from ever using these guys again.. they were a complete waste of money and caused me a lot of work to clean up after them...

Dennis explained that they do paint tile be wouldn't paint my tile and grout because it would look poor quality and I would not like it. He is explained his process of using the flecked ceramic coating. He sent me colors to choose from and I chose a very modern bright white with light gray flecks. Justin came out at my scheduled appointment. Justin was very professional and kind. Justin protected my furniture and floors and took his time to Ensure all the bathroom fixtures were covered properly. When he finished, he explained how long it would take to fully dry and gave us instructions on how to upkeep (very easy). It looked absolutely beautiful and brand new. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their services. We are going to hire them back next month to do our master bathroom!

I hired these guys to resurface the tub in my new, older home I was remodeling and it was a…read morenightmare!! They quoted me inaccurate pricing without even asking the condition of my older tub that the previous owners had resurfaced a long time ago and was in sad shape. So when they arrive the price basically doubled in order "to do it right". Then the next morning the tub was full of bubbled epoxy all over the sides and bottom. It was 2 weeks before they came back to refinish it yet again - this time there were hair marks I noticed immediately and was told they would fade with time. Really?! Like what - 25 years??? Then I also noticed runs in the corners which I photographed and emailed to them. I also told them there was epoxy overspray on my shower tile that I just had installed a mont prior and they assured me they would clean it off. They did not nor did they remove the hair marks. I called immediately afterwards to ask for a manager to come out and see it so we could discuss actions to fix it and was screamed at (verbally assaulted and I am NOT exaggerating ) buy a kid named Justin who answered the phone. He also hung up on me when I insisted over his screaming that nobody else but them did the damage. I filed a complaint with the BBB and their response was nothing but lies and telling me how I should thank them for the mess they made?! Seriously?! These people do NOT know how to treat customers and take NO responsibility for their actions whatsoever!!! Keep your money!!! DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL CREEPS!!! They will abuse you too!! They also will NOT honor their faulty work after three lame attempts nor will they repair the damage they did. I am forced to go to court but will prevail when all is said and done. To start our process we actually went to their office in fort myers where we were greeted upon entering By the two office girls who were very helpful in helping us choose the pavers which they actually have all the samples laid out on the floor, We signed the contract and Bastos ordered the pavers we chose. Six weeks later they started our job. Day one the demo folks came to remove the concrete driveway and walkway, these two workers were very professional and had the job completed in three hours. Day two four installers show up at 8 am and started the leveling process which is really an important task. This process took about three hours . Next, They started laying the pavers in the driveway which took the rest of the day, when they left they had probably 80% of the job completed and came back the next morning to finish. So after 3 days the job was completed. We are very happy with the outcome and they left the job site cleaner than when they arrived.

I was a bit concerned when the next morning two young men showed up, one Lucas perhaps in his mid20's and William who looked like a kid. But Lucas quickly demonstrated to me that he knew what he was doing, and William anticipated how he could help him. They were quiet but meticulous with a strong bias for taking pride in their work.
