The…read morelatest project was removal of a haphazard wire fence (with "plumbing pipe" supports!) entangled with overgrown brush that probably hadn't been touched in 30 years. Mr. Moreno's crew spent days hacking down the brush and digging out huge root balls so that a new wood fence could be installed. The transformation in the look is nothing short of amazing! Neighbors can't help but pause and look. Once the wood dries out a bit, the crew will return to stain and seal it - but it already looks fantastic. Walter kept me informed every step of the way and was patient and creative in working with my next-door neighbor to navigate some decorative cinder block on her side, and her plantings. He was also creative in fence design to deal with my neighbor's yard being more than two feet higher than my driveway. W&M Services gives great value for the price - Highly recommend!

Honestly can't thank Luis and his team enough. After this intense summer, the lawn was a mess. I…read moreknew I'd have to do a bit maintenance job in the fall and spring. I saw the temperatures dip and I bought a dethatcher to get to work. I set this weekend aside to do the work. I scheduled another company to come do the aeration. I spent Friday afternoon and Saturday morning mowing low and dethatching. At 2:30, the person supposed to do the aeration told me their machine broke. It was scheduled to rain at 4pm so I was a little frantic. Luis was able to fit me in at 4:20 and his team got to work. Luckily the rain held off. As they were aerating, I was overseeding lol. Started to drizzle as we were all finishing up. I managed to lay down some fertilizer just before the rain intensified. I can't thank Luis enough for doing such a last min job and considering it was just to aerate. They drove all the way from laurel just to help me out. More than the work itself, I really speak to the kindness he showed. Even when he arrived, we had a very nice conversation and it was just overall a nice exchange. I picked up a Hoya Compacta Hindu Rope, a ZZ plant, a Philodendron Lemon Neon, a Bromeliad, a Crassula Jade, an annual, and a six inch Euphorbia Firestick cactus. Every plant looked healthy and well cared for. Since it was a quiet Wednesday morning, I got very personalized attention, but honestly the service here is always excellent even when the store is busy. The staff makes every customer feel valued, no matter how many people are in the shop. The prices are higher than big box stores, but the quality and care of the plants make it worth it.
