If you're in a time crunch or have limitations related to urgency of getting the lock unlocked, be clear and discuss his availability and a realistic arrival time. He has other clients/projects, so there could be miscommunication interpretation delays of where you fall into his schedule that day. I interpreted "in 45 mins" as an ETA (estimated time of arrival) for a job in the South Bay Beach Cities area, but it ended up being closer to 2 hours or so due to his other jobs.
