Had a really great experience with this vendor. Of all the companies I contacted to try to rent a bouncy house for my kiddo's birthday party, JD seemed the most legit and knowledgeable. He responded promptly to all of my questions in advance of the event, the process of booking was straightforward and easy, he responded quickly by text the night before the event when I wanted to confirm that everything was set, and he showed up on time with all of the agreed-upon equipment in good working order. It was a windy day, so I asked him to stake down all four corners of the bouncy house just in case; he did so without hesitation. He also patiently and carefully showed me how everything worked with the generator before he left just in case I needed to turn it off mid-event, and he showed up on time to break it down and haul everything away at the end. Everything was very seamless from confirming availability and paying my deposit to secure my date. The day of the party Jonathan came to setup the jumpy house and cotton candy machine. He was very thorough in cleaning the jumpy and ensuring it was set up properly. The jumpy house was in great condition and perfect size for our party. When the cotton candy machine we rented wasn't working properly he came back with replacement machine and even stayed and showed us how to use the machine and make cotton candy for us! We celebrated our son's 5th birthday and we had JD's Bucket provide their services. It was a fairly large party for us. They provided a lot of equipment. The rate they quoted us was amazing. It was in great condition too! They provided 10'x30' tent with windows, 7 tables and 40 chairs, and a huge jumper. From the start Jonathan was so helpful. We called about a month in advance. As our guest list grew he was very accommodating to what we needed. Communication was also great, the night before he checked in making sure if there was anything else we needed.
