The staff and owners of the farm were kind and inviting, I recommend coming out to the farm. They had birds and lemurs in cages near their cafe which was cool to look at. The gift shop is filled with lovely lavender goods, including their lavender honey sticks which are delicious. Lavender Ridge Farms has a beautiful pollination garden. They are very healthy and do well. There is a store that sells a huge number of lavender smelling things - toiletries and such. I have loved everything I've bought there. There is also a small restaurant. Their menu isn't extensive, but it's all freshly made from scratch. It's a "tea room" type menu, so think sandwiches and salads mostly. The chicken salad is really good. The best thing is their lavender lemonade. So delicious. I have also had lavender vanilla ice cream with lavender honey on it. It sounds too sweet, but oh my! It's amazing. When their big lavender field is blooming, you can cut some to take home. It's reasonably priced and smells heavenly for quite a while. I'd give them more than five stars.
