Sometime around 6 pm on July 21, 2023, our giant pine tree snapped in two and fell on our house. Denson Tree Service drove an hour from Albertville and by 10 pm were hard at work with all necessary heavy equipment (crane truck, dump truck with claw, backhoe, work lights, and more). Billy, the owner, said he thought about waiting till the next day, but after seeing weather reports of more rain by 2 am, decided to come that night. By 3 am they had the tree completely off the house and tarping in place...it was amazing, we've never seen anything like it! The crew worked efficiently, safely, and at top speed. The next day when I looked around, I was so touched. They had carefully moved my pots of flowers out of harm's way. Such care and thoughtfulness! And they cleaned up as they went. Today they removed the remaining debris and our yard and driveway are immaculate. We don't even have the pile of branches on the curb all our neighbors have. I advise that you avoid this company…read more I had made a purchase through a national furniture retailer that subcontracted the delivery of my order through Henderson Transfer. The item was apparently lost at some point in transit, causing quite a delay for me. After finally tracking it down I was connected to someone here named Sue who told me that, while they had the merchandise (and had been in possession of it for some time) they were not going to deliver it to me anytime soon. She was very glib and insulting, which, after an hour of being transferred around, was more than merely just insulting, it was absolutely unforgivable. When I stated that delivering my furniture was not optional, that they had been hired to do it and I expected it delivered, she laughed. When I then said I was cancelling the order and filing a complaint with my retailer (her customer) she became extremely belligerent. I then had to contact the service department of my retailer and have them call to demand delivery of my purchase. My furniture did, finally, arrive (15 days after the original delivery date) and, of course, it was damaged. The gentlemen who delivered it were very nice and accommodating, especially given that their instructions, from Sue no doubt, were to leave $2k worth of merchandise on my doorstep. I paid the original retailer for "white glove delivery." It's a very good thing that I refused to sign until opening the package so they could document the damages. I was assured that someone would come to make repairs, or replace the items. We'll see. That's the service I got from this business. I would not do business with again.

He said he would work up a quote and that was over a week ago. We have called him twice and had to leave a message both times. We have not heard back from him and now we are scrambling to find another moving company in a short amount of time. Unreliable, in my opinion.
