It is impossible to explain how instrumental Hayley was in getting us this perfect of a house in this crazy of a market. We were moving from out-of-state so all communication could easily have been very frustrating, especially considering how picky and demanding of buyers we can be, but Hayley was absolutely incredible at representing us throughout this entire process. From doing short-notice walk-throughs of high-demand properties, to meeting with our local family members when able, to working around our completely inflexible schedules when we happened to be in town, we could not have asked Hayley to do any more than she did and she did it willingly and professionally, never making us feel like we were inconveniencing her although we knew we had to have been. Considering how aggressive other buyers were in this market, when we needed to be aggressive, Hayley provided an impressive balance of aggression and tact to get us exactly what we needed every step of the way. She especially showcased this expertise through negotiations on the house we ended up closing on involving significant coordination between structural engineers, contractors, and the selling agent, all while other buyers were continually, aggressively attempting to make follow-on offers with the sellers. This review barely touches the surface. To adequately explain how well Hayley represented us, we would need to either write way more than is appropriate for this review, or we would need to schedule an hour-minimum phone call with you. She came highly recommended by a close friend we trust, but she blew our expectations out of the water. I can not put into words the experience that I had with Hayley and her team, it was truly the best experience I have ever had selling, and that says a lot given this was my 4th go around! Hayley and Anna delivered on every single thing they mentioned at our original meeting, which is rare given my past experiences with agents.
