We just closed our very first home purchase this morning (March 2019) and thought we gotta leave a review for Scott Newman right away. The bottom line is that we would like to recommend Scott (and his coworkers) to everyone that we know and care about. We contacted Scott back in October 2018 as we started thinking about purchasing in the spring of 2019. We thought we were very early but Scott said it was never too early to start looking. We are so glad that we listened as in the beginning, we were able to take the time to look at many condos and actually learn from Scott about various things about condos (building materials, interior maintenance/finishes, built year, location, etc). He was never pushy and always accommodating. He was extremely knowledgeable about this business, and super resourceful. He was very honest and straightforward. A couple of times, he said the condo was a piece of $#|~ after spending 5 seconds inside and told us it was a waste of time. And still to this day, they haven't been sold. We were able to find a few places that we really liked and he helped us make reasonable offers. In January 2019 we were able to find a condo that we really really really loved and the rest is history. Everything from the offer to closing was so smooth.
